I would describe this as less than a budget hotel. The price was similar to a stay we had just one night prior, but the condition of the property was nothing near that previous experience. It's bordering on dilapidated and if you're traveling with your family, look for a nicer stop.

For the purpose of spending the night or 2, this hotel is perfect. We booked a suite and were surprised on how spacious the room was, and it came with 3 queen beds. The motel looks run down on the outside. The vicinity looks safe as it is within the business area, we did spot stragglers nearby but not too bothersome, someone forgot to roll up their car window and the car wasn't ransacked. The city does have dedicated park for homeless folks. Wifi did not work for us, bathroom is clean but a bit run down as well. We will definitely stay here again.

They list everything that provide but once I got in my room, the TV or cable didn't work and they came to fix it and once he left it came up saying to call the 800 number to fix the problem. So, so TV. The wifi was spotty and finally just stopped working, thats when I went to bed. The small room with the toilet and tub for showers, the light didn't work so it was dark in there and had to keep the light on where sink was just so you can see. Then killed a bug walking across the floor.
