No place to plug kettel no spoon for tea bathroom too small my husband had to put one of his legs in shower to sit on loo.Bed comfy and clean .Breakfast not included. STAFF helpful but his place ?,?

Staff attended quickly from sister hotel , if not on site and sorted issuing a parking permit as we were lucky to find a spot just round the corner

The bathroom was very outdated and needed modernising. The door didn’t close. We were without a working kettle for most of the stay. The 3rd one we were eventually given worked but on our last day!

Room only no breakfast included. Nice little BnB only draw back was you could here all the other guests jn there rooms. Close to the seafront only a few minutes walk away.

Good value for money for room only - this is more a managed property than a proper BnB experience. Staff not pleasant on arrival and had to be called in. Room itself clean and nicely furnished. Seconds away from excellent Weymouth beach.. though many properties in central Weymouth a bit dated and rough around the edges. I'd recommend Dorchester/Lulworth Cove and surrounding areas if you want something more upmarket.
