Federal City Inn & Suites

Ett mysigt hotell i ett lugnt område. Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mysiga omgivningar runt hotellet. Rummen var stora och rena, tyvärr inte heltäckningsmattan då vita strumpor blev helt svarta av att gå på den. Men i övrigt väl underhållet och rent. Området är mysigt men väldigt off. Ca 30min att gå till Algiers Ferry som tar oss till Downtown. Endast 1 cafe på området, dock inte öppet på helgerna. Men i Algiers finns många fina cafeer och barer. Går också att ta buss både till färjan och stan. Går ca var 30min.

I stayed here for two nights and the condition of the room did not match the photos shown online. There were multiple issues throughout the stay. The toilet was not functioning properly, and both the blow dryer and iron were broken. The room was also not clean. Cabinets and floors were visibly dirty. The bathroom was in poor condition, with the bathtub surface peeling significantly and general signs of neglect. Overall maintenance in the room was below basic hotel standards. The bedding was also in poor condition. The pillows were worn out, flattened, and offered little to no support, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. In addition to the room issues, the service was unprofessional. At check in, there was no clear communication that the process was complete, and I was left standing there unsure if I was done. At check out, the staff member did not acknowledge me directly, did not look up, and spoke from another room without basic customer interaction. The room also had very poor sound insulation. Noise from the hallway carried easily, and during the night there was a prolonged disturbance from another guest that was loud enough to require me to get up and address it myself. The listing photos appear to show a more updated and well maintained room than what I received, which was misleading. I would not stay here again based on the condition, cleanliness, service, and overall experience.

Kitchen was not fully equipped. I didn't drive so I don't know about the parking. It looked okay. Staff was very helpful and friendly room was clean but very outdated.

The rooms were clean the staff was very nice no cooking utensils. NO USB PORTS rooms are very outdated

The room was clean but definitely had broken items the shower rod was leaning off the wall so our shower curtain couldnt close all the way some of the lights in the room didn’t work , also one of our stoves were broken. Over it was good the staff were decent.
