Room dusty, no bell boy.

I have stayed at Furama many times over the last 10 years. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and I prefer the location because I am very familiar with the area. As an athlete and daily lap swimmer, I suggest the pool cleaning staff have the pool clean and ready at the 7 am opening time. Each morning the staff would begin cleaning the pool at 7 am. With decades of regular lap swimming experience and having stayed at numerous hotels, and lived many years in Asia. I’ve trained in many pools. The Furama pool is not cleaned correctly and there is often debris in the water, and the water is cloudy. During this visit, I stayed for three weeks. The pool was basically in the same unclean condition every day.

C'est un hôtel qui dispose de chambres de tout type de standing et vraiment très propre. La qualité de service et le petit déjeûner y sont rès bonnes. La piscine n'est pas gigantesque mais reste assez grande pour y accueillir plusieurs personnes ( il y a une pataugeoire juste à côté pour les mini bambins). Une salle de sport donnant sur la piscine est assez bien équipée. Le grand grand plus est sa localisation à côté de 2 grands malls et connectée au reseau metro à côté.

The room itself was disappointing, with uncomfortable beds, visible mould on the ceiling, and a poorly maintained bathroom. During my stay, a special function was being held at the hotel, which made moving around the property difficult. The lifts were extremely slow, and unfortunately, guests were not advised in advance about the event — information that would have influenced my decision to book. The buffet was also below expectation, with food that was neither of good quality nor representative of Malay culture. Overall, I did not find the stay to be good value for money and, regrettably, would not return.

Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant. Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety. Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage.

Property is aged and needs a renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very limited and very busy. Its worth getting the executive rooms so you have the option of a private lounge breakfast and evening drinks/snacks.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall called LaLaPort and is surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. One standout feature is the digital service, where you can scan a QR code to order room service or check out directly from your room.

Room condition is not good. Peeled wall and room dirty. Food left over by last customer still behind the curtain and at the window.

シャワーのお湯が出なかった。お水も他ホテルにあるようなペットボトルではなく、ウォータサーバーから汲んでくるようなシステム。4つ星ホテルではありません。

早朝出発の際はシャワーのお湯が出ないこともあるので利用される方はお気をつけて。

出てくる水が茶色い。 エコなのか？トイレットペーパーの予備さえない。さすがに予備は欲しい。

Extremely old, foul smelling and mould everywhere around the room. Housekeeping never answers the phone and when they finally did no one assisted. There was a power failure as well. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Our overall feel is that the hotel is very old. We booked this due to it's close proximity to Zepp and the new Mitsui outlet Lalaport. They gave me a room with a lousy view. The toilet is leaking, the hairdryer was missing, no hand towels, the floor carpet has stains. But I was glad they provided room slippers. The buffet breakfast spread was quite meh. The only thing I like about the room is that it's quite spacious.

They are there to greet and help guests. They don’t. The room was dated. The shower was blocked and all the water just overflowed in to the whole of the bathroom. Disgusting. The sink was blocked. Disgusting, The two TV’s in the room didn’t work. Poor. There was no room service on one of the days. I asked the guy who was cleaning the room next door if he was going to be cleaning my room. He said he was. When I came back to the room a couple of hours later the room was not cleaned, so I asked the guy who was a few rooms away whether he was going to be cleaning the room. He said it was not on his list - if I wanted it cleaning I should go to reception to request it. I went to reception and the guy there (who needs some training in customer service) said that he would get in to it straight away and get it sorted for me. When I got back 3 hours later the room was not cleaned. I had to go down again to reception and the guy just completely blanked me. I asked to speak to the Duty Manager who didn’t seem a bit interested. I am in Kuala Lumpur for 18 nights and it was my intention to extend my stay after these first 4 nights. However, after the issues I’d had and the appalling customer service I booked elsewhere in the same area. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel.

Second trip there on a weekend. Unfortunately, this time round the wifi is so bad until i cannot connect. I never call to rectify it since i have my own mobile data to use.

This was the best Hotelever with biggest room living room office awesome . Also it was in the city centre

Had issue to check in, I was even late for check in but had to wait for another half an hour before they find my booking. Then the room door kept locking me out and would work. One time I needed water and there is no water in the room you have to take a jug to a water dispenser in the corridor and went out there but couldn't open my room door. So had to go to reception in a bath rope , so humiliated. 😭

清潔服務都有到位，只是等待時間都比較久，外出前叫補東西或清潔回來之前就完成，額外收費跟早餐費當下已結清退房日又被清算一次 電腦應該當下結清就要有紀錄才是，還得在退房時候浪費時間

The hotel itself is getting old , lots of maintenance needed to keep it going. Staff everywhere are wonderful, service is very good breakfast excellent cleaning is on going. Front office desk have a masked employee who's got the most beautiful eyes...... Linda.

great location, staff very efficient and welcoming, reception staff, exec. lounge stafe and housekeeping all very friendly and helpful

Very easy going and friendly. Also very accommodating. We turned up earlier than checkin and they said if the room is ready they will let us checkin and they did. They also let us hold luggage there for hours after we checked out. We had an amazing experience.

Reasonable Choice for the space, location with Grab and price. It is old facility with good condition. Hard to access near by location in Bukit Bintang because of one-way street.

The location is good as it is next to BBCC and my preferred LRT station of Hang Tuah. There are reasonably priced hawker food stalls nearby and Time Square and other Bukit Bintang shopping malls within walking distance. Like other places in the city most of the roads do not have proper pedestrian paths. The hotel is getting old and would be good if there is some refurbishment. The rooms are clean and good sized but room amenities seem to be less than in the past. The towels are not fluffy at all. They need to be replaced. I don't like the idea of water dispenser on every floor. I prefer bottled water as well as jugs for boiling water. The food at breakfast is pretty good but after 3 days it gets a bit tiresome. Overall the staffin reception, housekeeping and restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

location is good. directly connected to LaLaport. Walking distance away from Pudu for food, and to Berjaya Times Square.

The place itself is still okay just might need more updating. But there aren’t really anything around the hotel. Walking during daytime is fine, when it turns dark it doesn’t feel safe because the street lights are limited & no shops are open nearby. Walking at night really is scary because there’s no proper walkway leading around the hotel.

The hotel was nearby to lalaport mall and Berjaya Times Square. 5mins walking distance. Imbi station is walking distance also. But u got to cut thru some alleys and mud paths to get there. Hotel is very old, you can see wood chipping off in the rooms and the common areas. Toilet is super run down. I couldn’t accept the fact that it’s called 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star I would agree. Breakfast options were too little and many of them were tasting bad. I had breakfast there for only 1 day and decided to eat out or order via grab for the rest of the days. Terrible breakfast and I would suggest not to take it.

Prima hotel, prima kamer - helaas valt het ontbijt tegen. Tijdens Chinees Nieuwjaar te druk met te veel kinderen.
