We so appreciated the location and having our own kitchenette. There was coffee in unit and parking right in front of our chalet. Lots to love! Our problem was with the beds, which are in desperate need of replacement. None of us slept well.

Nice quiet spacious separate chalet. Was a little dated but quite clean. Our only gripe was our room was cold. The little heat inverter couldn’t pump out enough heat to get the room warm. Fortunately they also provide electric heated blanket on bed so we slept ok.

Wir sind bisher in unseren Bewertungen oft sehr großzügig. …und bei allem Respekt - hier sind wir es jetzt auch - sozusagen das maximalste, was bei dieser Unterkunft rauszuholen ist. Die Einheit die wir angemietet hatten, ist so derart in die Jahre gekommen, dass es einem dauerhaft vor Ekel nur schütteln konnte. Für eine Nacht und mit Augen zu OK, aber nicht für länger. Bei den stattlichen Preisen die dort genommen werden, steht das in keinem Verhältnis.

Rooms are very outdated. Heatpump does a great job but I do recommend leaving it on all night as it does get cold if you dont. Showers dont look great but arent actually too bad. Toilet seat was broken.

Stayed October 2023. Basic accommodation, basic facilities, everything looks tired and worn out in need of an update. TV seemed to still be analogue only picking up two channels, a bit odd. Staff were fine, provided extra blankets and hot plate, but might consider making that standard in the rooms. Twizel itself is not a great place, it's not even that near Mt. Cook, the only real attraction in the area, not an attractive town in itself with limited amenities and odd characters wandering round the streets making it seem unsafe.
