Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport/Bossier City Airline Drive

We stayed in Room 421 and the AC would cool the room but never get it cold, no matter how much we lowered the thermostat - and this is only April so glad it wasn't July or August. Staff was very nice and friend, and enjoyed a red velvet waffle for breakfast.

The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.

This place was nice, but dated. Bathroom was not in the best condition.
