Towels and toiletries need to be improved for a $400 per night room as well as the breakfast options

We enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The heated bathroom floor was especially nice. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The clerk at the desk upon check in could use some people skills and upon check out we couldn't find anyone at the desk at 9 am. We did interact with a very pleasant desk clerk mid stay. She was very nice.

Very nice stay. I hope to return someday.

Room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable with the exception of the pillows which were mismatched and quite horrible. The mattress was amazing though! The hotel also has dispensers for shampoo and body wash in the shower. Unfortunately I didn’t check these before starting my shower and discovered that only one (shampoo) was working. First, the hotel does not offer breakfast. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent, but they close pretty early during the week (8:45). I ran over (outside) at 8:48 to see if I could grab a glass of wine and they had already locked the doors. I think this is pretty early to close a hotel bar. Lastly, there are many amenities offered, but they aren’t on site which makes it a little inconvenient to enjoy.

We had a deluxe King Bed room with balcony. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable!! Great walk in shower and loved the double sink!! Great view of waterfalls!! Improvements- better lighting and the toilet seat needs to be higher- it was very low!!
