It’s dirty and they say the pool is broken when it’s not so just you can’t use it

I got it not smoking room and it smells like smoke the lungs on the door was broken it was horrible

The room was spotless, the doors were fishy xD but overall its good!

Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights.
