The room number 619 that Radisson gave us was not non-smoking. Even after complaining many times, they did not change the room. They only sprayed something after 11 PM. My wife and I could not sleep the entire night, and both of us had severe headaches. After traveling almost 30 hours from America to Ranchi, we expected to get some rest at the hotel, but this turned out to be the worst experience.If this is 5-star, I’m clearly staying in a galaxy far, far away .. I want a refund.

room was great, amenities were great , but room had smell of cigarettes that caused unpleasant experience . food varieties were good but they were not hygienic as my US born kids got sick after this. staff was not very welcoming
