After having driven over 900 kms to checkin at the Across Motel, my Amex was declined although I was told it’s accepted which annoyed me. On checking into the room, all I wanted was a shower, but at best it could only be described as a dribble and very unsatisfying. The traffic noise was atrocious and I barely slept. I checked out at 3am, couldn’t sleep, mainly because of the noise and security light that flooded the room. Very underwhelming experience.

Reception very unhelpful For the price we paid over $600 for 3 nights breakfast was not included We paid extra for breakfast one morning and it was very ordinary bread was stale and toaster was old Hair all through the shower hot water took forever to come through the shower and sink. No complimentries anywhere in the room Bed was hard furniture old ,code wouldn't work for the laundry Nothing like it looks on the website Will not be staying here again nor recommending it to anyone

Owner Garry was very accommodating of my request for an early check-in. Room was big enough to not feel claustrophobic and very tidy. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Dubbo.
