Rocky Mountain Springs Lodge

Un desastre, no habia personal, tuve que ir al lobby del hotel de al lado por info, mal olor , calefacción pobre, habia pelos en todos lados , reserve por 2 dias y cancele el segundo dia.

This appeared in much better shape in the photos. We arrived at 9pm, so it was a little late. We forgot to get the WiFi password and when we went back for it, the lobby was locked and no one around. The room had very few outlets. All plug in accessibility was from extension cords run for usage which to me appeared as a hazard. Bathroom had a blow dryer, but no outlet to plug it into. The sliding door into the room from the balcony had a broken latch so no way to lock the door. I had to use a chair a tip it over so if someone tried to access from outside, they couldn’t. The balcony outside could easily be climbed up onto from a below deck and roof close to the balcony, so a lock would be nice. There were no paper towels etc…very few to no amenities. Lights in the main room were flickering. This worked for what we needed - 4 walls, a roof, and a bed for the night. Anything beyond that I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a very old property in need of maintenance.

Check in was difficult, there is limited parking and the room was very loud (as pets are allowed, we heard dogs running above us from the floor above all night).

Great staff.

The rooms were fairly clean and in decent condition, and the staff were friendly. However, I did notice pink mold on the shower curtain, and one of the queen beds was sloped, which caused back discomfort.
