Staff were very welcoming and helpful, wonderful location and lovely space to stay. We had a pet friendly room which was modern, clean and very comfortable. Our dog was also made ti feel welcome. We had a great meal in the bar restaurant and it was a great atmosphere, a home from home being waited on by friendly staff. We will definitely book to stay there again!! Thank you for a winderful stay.

Unfortunately, the room we were given (4) was very small, no room for a seat anywhere, so even if you wanted to watch a bit of TV we had to do so in some discomfort on the bed, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly it's in an idea location, on busy evenings the car park got full & if you get back early evening you may need to park on the road.

Nice village. Pub was nice and food was good. Service by the pub was very poor though. We booked a table 2 months in advance only to be rang an hour or so before the booking to say some dishes maybe sold out. Also got told that the pub didn’t have our email address so we hadn’t been notified about additional charges for our stay even though we booked our table via email. Raised my concerns and received an apology. Even though the pub and food was good, we wouldn’t stay again as service was very poor.

Nice place which is dog friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, bar and restaurant inviting, great breakfast options and evening meal was delicious. Easy parking and location quiet but easily accessible for exploring nearby places of interest. Would definitely recommend.

Cute and quaint inn located in the Cotswolds. Food was good and presented quite nice at their restaurant (we had breakfast and dinner). Lovely and very nice staff. Would recommend this inn if you are interested in seeing Bibury and Bourton-on-the-water since it is quite close.

Lovely three day stay at the lamb - the Rissington suite was perfect for us and our dog! The Super friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and Bailey the cocker spaniel! Thanks very much - we will be back!

Nice little inn in the middle of the Cotswolds. Great place to escape from the city. Ample free parking. Dinner was good at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Be aware if you do have luggage, it is quite a climb to your room. The manager was very kind to help us bring the luggage.

We booked The Lamb Inn b/c it was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. We were a guest for 5 nights. Our room was very nice, extremely clean and the bed comfortable and cozy. The entire staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with healthy options. The dinners we had at the Inn were delicious. The Lamb Inn Great Rissington is a great location for visiting all Cotswold's. Highly recommend. The Worthington's in GA

It was not as expected for the marketed price of £207 per room. Yes, it was old and rickety which is expected. Ensuite was a bit of a shambles, refurbished but on a shoe string. The restaurant was spartan, lacking comfort. The only place to go apart from your room was a basic public bar.

We had a beautiful room separate from the Inn (Witney) which made it feel like a little cottage on its own. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the shower clean. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were great. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and happy to help on all occasions. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was okay. Bathroom clean. Disappointed by lack of finishing touches....for example the window sill was very dirty. Carpet needed a proper hoovering. Restaurant lacked any atmosphere, no view for us. Food was good but expected a bit better. Staff were friendly enough but overall, it didnt feel particularly welcoming.

We stayed in the Rissington Suite - great room and very comfortable bed. Uncomfortable sofa within the suite so not comfy for watching TV in the evening. Bathroom excellent and very clean. Food was excellent although maybe a little overpriced. I would have liked to have herbal tea in the room for after dinner and maybe more healthy breakfast (fruit, natural yogurt etc) - but that is being very picky. The team were definitely very helpful and friendly and overall a great stay.

Lovely couple of nights in a well equipped suite in the grounds behind the pub. Great cooked breakfast and very nice evening meal. Chicken schnitzel was really good. Good service and location was excellent for exploring the beautiful area.

A lovely old building, with lots of charm. Don’t expect state of the art shower or super flat floors as some parts of the building are 300 years old. The food was excellent as were the staff, very friendly and engaging.

Enjoyed our one night stay very much. Check out was 11:00 am not 10:00 plus a free continental breakfast was included which was quite substantial including tea, coffee, juices, fresh fruit, overnight oats, toast, jams, cheese and ham. All the staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We recently spent four nights at the Lamb inn and the experience was wonderful. The accommodation, food and service was excellent as was the welcome and atmosphere. This is a wonderful location for a quiet relaxing break that is set in wonderful countryside a d which is excellent for walking and exploring.

Nice place which is dog friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, bar and restaurant inviting, great breakfast options and evening meal was delicious. Easy parking and location quiet but easily accessible for exploring nearby places of interest. Would definitely recommend.

Cute and quaint inn located in the Cotswolds. Food was good and presented quite nice at their restaurant (we had breakfast and dinner). Lovely and very nice staff. Would recommend this inn if you are interested in seeing Bibury and Bourton-on-the-water since it is quite close.

Super old renovated inn. Attentive staff and marvellous food. Very convenient for some lovely hikes in stunning landscapes. Ill be back.

Lovely room at the bottom of the garden separate to the pub. All very clean and in a charming village close to Bourton on the Water. Great location and decent pub with good food.

Beautiful Cotswold village surrounding this truly one of a kind 400 year old Inn. Tastefully restored and updated so as not to change the character or feel of the historic nature. Unfortunately the Salmon at Breakfast did not sit well. I am still recovering.

Nice little inn in the middle of the Cotswolds. Great place to escape from the city. Ample free parking. Dinner was good at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Be aware if you do have luggage, it is quite a climb to your room. The manager was very kind to help us bring the luggage.

We stayed in the Rissington Suite - great room and very comfortable bed. Uncomfortable sofa within the suite so not comfy for watching TV in the evening. Bathroom excellent and very clean. Food was excellent although maybe a little overpriced. I would have liked to have herbal tea in the room for after dinner and maybe more healthy breakfast (fruit, natural yogurt etc) - but that is being very picky. The team were definitely very helpful and friendly and overall a great stay.

Beautiful place in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Bed very comfortable. Food was excellent. It's a shame we only had one night there but work beckoned.

We stayed at the Lamb Inn, Great Rissington for two nights, we had a very nice stay, the staff were particularly nice and helpful. We had a very good meal, the landlord and chef being Michelin star trained. Thankyou

Lovely couple of nights in a well equipped suite in the grounds behind the pub. Great cooked breakfast and very nice evening meal. Chicken schnitzel was really good. Good service and location was excellent for exploring the beautiful area.

Enjoyed our one night stay very much. Check out was 11:00 am not 10:00 plus a free continental breakfast was included which was quite substantial including tea, coffee, juices, fresh fruit, overnight oats, toast, jams, cheese and ham. All the staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevliga. Mysig, gammal byggnad som är väl underhållen. Enkel men fin frukost. Vi var mycket nöjda med boendet. Tyvärr fungerade inte el-laddningen vilket gjorde det lite besvärligt för oss. Vi bodde 3 på rummet så en fick sova i en extrasäng.

We had a delightful 3 night stay at The Lamb. The location was perfect for visiting the beautiful villages of the Cotswolds. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was lovely and spotless, we did appreciate the two big fans in the room as the temperature was top 20’s . Do think the big bathroom would benefit from a few cosmetic additions to make it cosier. Our meal in the evening was first class and very reasonable. I paid extra one morning to have eggs and wild mushrooms on toast and so glad I did , it was delicious. The only negative for me was the garden, lots of bench tables but feel the area on the lawn could have had some comfy seats for residents to sit in the evening . Will definitely stay here again
