The home/property was great (very clean and accommodating for our family). The host was very friendly. There were a few incidentals; but didn't hinder us. The host responded in a timely manner. My only problem was the walk to the beach. It was further than anticipated. This justifies my overall rating as good instead of excellent. I most definitely would consider staying again at this property.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Dianne was easily available to answer any questions. The house was very clean and had lots to offer. Even though we brought our own family favorite games, there were pleanty of games on the shelves. There was also a lot of toys to keep the kids busy. Two easy access ways to get to the beach. We walked to the lighthouse and a cute coffee shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Our important criteria for a beach rental is that each bedroom have its own bathroom, and we want beachfront property. This property met the bedroom/bath criteria but it was not beach front—8-9 minute walk to the beach and no good vista from the house to see the beach/ocean. Our hostess was very responsive to problems which arose during the two weeks. She was very pleasant and accommodating.

The house was everything we expected and comfortably housed our group of 8. Easy beach access and while it’s a bit of a walk over the dunes it’s easy! There are camping chairs along with a beach cart / beach wagon which was helpful. The home is located in a nice neighborhood- very safe and quiet. Check in and check out was very easy and great communication with owner. Would stay here again for sure!
