Rooms are clean. Bathroom door doesn’t close, so that was interesting with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We couldn’t use the pool the whole week we stayed. It was literally green and slimy. Super disappointed in that considering it was over 100 degrees every day.

Bed comfort, breakfast was good. Good rates on pricing. The pool was in awful shape wanted to spend some time at it.

Room was clean, but overall rundown. Beds were a bit hard for my taste. The pool was clean.

This is a very nice property. Clean comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The only downside was the elevator quit. I was on the third floor

This place is a nice little motel and it's had some renovations done. Easy parking and an elevator for those who don't want to use the stairs(only 3 levels). Comfortable bed and just a minute away from all the activities that are Branson. No microwave in room and the pool was empty are the only negatives my wife and I have. Friendly staff and pretty quiet for being in the middle of the action

Only two issues. The towels don't absorb water and the pool wasn't usable at the end of our stay. It was green and cloudy. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff was super helpful in pointing out great places to eat and visit that weren't just tourist traps. Would go back anytime to stay.

Price was low. Older motel, elevator not working, phone not working, but no bugs, free wifi & breakfast. Definitely a money saver. Would stay again on the first floor.

Surprised how nice it was for the price. Our room was very clean. Some of the furniture was dated, but truthfully for the price that was fine. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was better then some I have slept on. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The Bathroom was clean. water worked fine. Also there was an elevator which was nice. Internet worked just fine. Lobby was clean, staff was great.

The room was dirty

I booked this property last minute to extend my stay in Branson for one night. The check in process was quick. No issues. It does look like an older property. The lobby was nothing special but that’s wasn’t a big deal for me. Upon entering the room, my wife found a pill of some sort laying in the floor. There was a hole in the wall where the door knob hits it. A dead spider was stuck to the floor in the bathroom. There was possibly blood on the wall beside one of the beds. The bathroom door had a brown substance on it (use your imagination). The beds weren’t too bad. Nothing special. Breakfast was just ok. Overall, it worked just fine for the one night I needed because everything else was pretty full and the nightly rate wasn’t bad. But, I probably won’t stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, very nice pool. Needs some updating, but that didn't affect our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights with our grandsons and had a wonderful time.

Everything was clean, check in was fast and they got us the room we needed, which was ground floor, handicap accessible.

The staff was friendly but the rooms are very dirty and there are some flies flying around and dead flies on the floor. Our door doesn't even have the door stopper

From the outside the property seemed decent and well kept. My first turn off was the lobby when checking in. It was very cluttered making it look messy and out dated. We booked a Deluxe double queen room and nothing about the room felt "deluxe" which was an upcharge from the other options. All of the furniture looked beat up not jusy little marks from general use but chunks taken out tables and headboards. It looked like the tile had be resently redone in thw bathroom area but whoever did it scrapped grout all over the walls making everything look like it hadnt been cleaned. There was a piece if chewed up gum on the tile right by the sink and a dead roach on the floor. The tub had hairs in it and there were hand prints all over the walls. The bed mattresses are wrapped in bags making it impossible to check for bed bugs which made me uneasy. The room discription said they had pillow top mattress which is the main reason why i booked that hotel and the beds were so hard and uncomfortable, definitely NOT pillow top. I booked through a third party so i wasnt sure if i could get my money back if we complained and i didnt want to complain and potentially have to stay there anyway so i we just delt with it. I ended up having to sleep in the car for several hours with one of our kids who could not get comfortable on those terrible beds and was crying out of exhaustion. I didnt want her to wake any of our neighbors. Our friend who also stayed didnt have a second lock on their door.

No one there when we arrived at 5:30pm. Called number on door. Waited about 20 minutes. Were assigned a room. Stains all over very heavily worn couch. Reassigned room. Same thing again. Reassigned room to one with two chairs instead of couch, not as stained by very, very worn. Bed was fine, but that was the only thing. Grout and caulk mess all over the floor and even walls. Very dirty and poorly finished. The second and third floor walkways were thick with pet hair. I have stayed in many accommodations over the years and all over the world. In terms of quality, this is the bottom of the barrel for the quality of service and facility. It was apparent that the poor woman in charge at the reception desk was a one-person show with an impossible job to do. I got the impression the owner is just squeezing blood from a turnip before final demolition.

Poor quality rooms. The bed was rock-hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The door did not close and latch properly and had no privacy latch, half of it was missing. The hair dryer did not work at all. Terrible breakfast. Most food was already gone at the start of the breakfast time. The pool was ice cold, not heated. All the furnishings were very outdated.

We did not get much sleep it was very noisy all night from other guests staying at the motel. The shower head in the bathroom was positioned very low and had to stoop down to wash my hair. The ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet was starting to come down. The tv volume would not work. An employ from front desk could not get the volume to work and apparently maintenance did not show up to fix the problem. Our front door could have easily been broken into. We could see light coming in through the crack in the door. Everyone who worked there was very friendly however we will not be back.

The bed was rock hard. They only gave you three pillows per bed. There’s normally 2 per bed. Also the blanket was super thin.

The staff at Sunset Inn were very friendly, and the stay was reasonably priced. The rooms are undergoing remodeling, though ours had not yet been updated. While the room was fairly clean, the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, making it feel like sleeping on the ground. Additionally, the AC did not cool the room effectively, leaving it uncomfortably warm throughout the night. Overall, it was a 7/10 stay, and we would consider coming back in the future.

I am 5 ft 7 and had to duck to wash my hair in shower water was extremely hot so be careful. Was noisy outside the room. Fire alarm in room beeped all night batteries were low. Decent room decent price. Light fixture above sink did not work.

Bed was very comfortable, close to hwy 76 just got done remodeling the room and the a/c was very cold.

Needs updating. The outlet at the bathroom sink didn’t work, which was an inconvenience.

The beds were supposed to be pillowtop mattresses. NOT at all!! Felt like sleeping on plywood. The sink knob was broken. The sink was VERY slow to drain. There were holes in the bathroom wall. There was absolutely nowhere to hang any clothes! The girl at the front desk was very nice. She kept repeating they were renovating the place. Well, I hope they renovate ALOT!!!! Right now, I would not recommend staying here and I would not stay here again.

The room was clean however the walls are paper thin. We heard everything and everyone, both sides and above us! Very noisy and bed was not comfortable. We will not stay there again. The front desk attendant was very friendly.

Staff was amazing!

There was trash from a previous person behind the nightstand and there was some unknown fluid on the bathroom wall that had not been cleaned up or wiped off. There were also spiders in the bathroom. There wasn’t a trash can in the bathroom. The front desk lady was really nice but the office closes at 11pm.

The property was nice for the price but no one was there when I got back and had lost my key. There should always be someone there. Thank goodness they're breakfast room was open as I had to wait there until morning.

Our second stay was great! Room was comfy and had no issues. I cannot remember her name but the girl in the office was amazing! Very accommodating and understanding.

Check in was top tier, family that owns it is very sweet. Room was comfortable in a great area close enough to amenities but not so close youre worried about crazy tourists. Would stay here again!

Didn’t realize front office closed at 11pm and they didn’t call until almost 1030 pm to tell me as I was at a concert

I liked the fact the owner waited for us after hours to arrive due to unseen circumstances to make sure we got into our room. The staff personal is professional and polite. We left some shirts behind and the staff was courteous to hold them until we returned from our original destination.

The front desk manager was so helpful, accommodating, gracious and kind! A warm thank you from our family to Carrie. (She really made our stay enjoyable!). The breakfast was great!

Great location and price. Staff is friendly. They have an elevator outside which was helpful. They do not have a microwave. I think Branson is getting away from microwaves in rooms. Breakfast was good.

Was comfortable for a 2 night stay. You cant expect anything too updated for the price. But everything was clean and breakfast was good. The walls are thin though and you can hear people outside and walking to their room. I had to have the tv pretty loud so I could block sound

The staff seemed very friendly. the room was clean and seemed taken care of. It was located in a good area and the price was very good. We slept comfortably. There was an old hide-a-bed that could have been thrown out and traded for a better couch but other than that it was a good stay. We plan to rebook. Location and customer service sold us on it.

Arrived for check in and had to call the number on the door. Waited quite a while for someone to show up. Breakfast was horrible. Cereal was stale, bread and bagel was stale, one muffin (small and in the original package) was covered with mold. Yes green mold. Saturday morning they did offer biscuits and gravy. You do not want to know about this slimy gravy, that I can't describe the color. Would not recommend this motel.

The breakfast options were good, except on Sunday they ran out of breakfast foods by 8:30.

We visited Branson to do a quick one day gocarting trip. This hotel was inexpensive, well kept, clean and nicely located. Front desk was friendly, quick and, the hotel, had an awesome breakfast with great coffee.

Hotel is a hidden gem. Older but clean and friendly! Breakfast is solid, sausage, eggs, potato's, biscuits, gravey, waffles, muffins, bagels cereal milk juices and coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend breakfast was very good but the weekday breakfast left a lot to be desired

Equipment did not work properly, food was cold, coffee machine did not work. Do air conditioning in dining area, you could see through the door frame to the outside. Noisy, Only positive was staff was friendly and tried to help. Just an old motel with very poor remodel attempt. Thought above leaving however there were no refunds.

Hotel was incredibly affordable. Staff was refreshingly friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. This was NO continental breakfast! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles too. Plus regular stuff like cereal, toast and jelly, cereal etc. Walmart and McDonald's 1/2 mile away. Just got home and I'm already thinking about my next stay there.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and will definitely stay again. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. Very nice hot breakfast with plenty of options and the pool was nice and clean. Great place to stay and affordable.
