Parking was terrible. Staff tried to get extra money at every avenue of the stay. They considered my 17 year old child an adult and wanted an extra $10 for him. They charged us extra money for the parking.

Check in was fast and easy, the pool looked nice but not very clean, rooms were very good size and it was pleasantly quiet at night!! Easy to walk to the main strip. The hot and cold water knobs were reversed in the sink which is in the room and not the bathroom. We'd return again bc the price was very good for a large comfortable and clean room

Do not stay here if you have a truck parking is a joke they rent out spots to beach goers and don't even have enough parking for there own guests my truck has 2 new dents and plenty of new scratches the staff was friendly we stayed 3 nights no room cleaning had to track down house cleaning to get towels hard to catch anyone in the office when I told them about the dents in my truck they said call the police and file a report they are not responsible for the dents

Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful, Air conditioning was premium and our room had a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you could need. The court yard had grills you could use and there is a very nice pool. I loved the fact that it was closer to the State park -not as busy as the boardwalk area, but it was convenient enough to walk up to the Boardwalk for the Bands and Movie night and shops. We will definitely stay there again. A Fun Clean,very Clean place. It was a great trip.

First they advertise three was pool that’s why I reserved this place And then I go with my two daughters and I had to pay an extra 15 a day for an extra person Went I rented a room with two queen size bed Which they shouldn’t have charge because the pool was not in working order I was upset and my two daughters

The room was a great size. The carpet should be removed entirely, it was stained and needed vacuuming under the beds. Pool color didnt look appealing.

The property itself was fine. The issue is that at the time of booking no where did it state that there was a 1 car limit for 1 room. They charged us an additional $30. The pool could use a good cleaning. Overall it was not a bad stay. They just charge extra for every little thing

While most hotels let you park for free until check in the flahship used this as their FIRST oppuritnty for hidden fees. Went from $15 to $10 to $5. My car had actually broken the night before so my 60+ retired Mother had to come with us making my trip from 2 people to 3 (other being an 8 yr old child) UH OH ANOTHER FEE! THIS OWNER WAS RUDE RUDE RUDEEEEEEE! Been coming up to Hampton for 30+ yrs...I will NEVER stay nor reccomend the Flagship to ANYONE! DONT STAY HERE! Dirty pool, uneven floors...ect.

We only went for a short weekend. It really wasn’t that bad. We got there and 2 of the lights weren’t working so the man at the desk came and changed them. But there was some garbage under the bed. When we woke up in the morning we wanted to use the pool and we were told we had to pay an extra $15 to park there for the day even though we were paying to stay there. The pool was nice, most of the workers other then the older women at the front desk was nice. We will probably stay again if we go on short notice again.

Room was "clean" as compared to other reviews. However, they did have roaches as we found out at night. There is no courtyard as advertised, parking is horrible and check in was not friendly or inviting. Never would stay here and do not recommend.

Room had old food under bed, that was visible when walking into it, trash in a draw. Bed was not very comfortable. Room was convenient to beach and attractions. Common areas outside were clean.

Cleanest room I have ever seen with the exception of the carpet, which looks clean, but left my feet dirty and felt sticky. I am thinking it needs replacing. This was not a quiet place, as people were outside their rooms both early and late and cared nothing about those trying to sleep. So you turn on the AC. The TV needed to be switched on by a wall switch. No notes to help, so I had no TV my first 2 nights.

Went in to check the room before taking any of our stuff in (thankfully)! Upon checking the 2nd bed in the room there was a bed bug on the pillow. A google search confirmed it was indeed a bedbug. We took a couple pictures and immediately left the room. Went to the office and he said it wasn’t a bedbug but an insect. He offered to move us to the room next to it. No, thank you. I can’t risk getting bedbugs at home. He refunded one night but wouldn’t refund the next night. Reached out to Hotels.com and they went to the hotel. Still no full refund. Which I feel we are entitled to. This wasn’t at any fault of ours.

AC lights and all amenities were unplugged and not very user friendly. AC onced plugged in didnt work great never cooled room down, shades over windows were broken. One lamp was all their was for lights. Shower was very outdated. Hotel needs alot of repair.

Poor keeping. Blinds broken, wall AC unit with broken exhaust. Bolt lock on door was painted over and unable to use. The only lock was the one on the knob but the door did not have a seal to the door frame. When closed and “locked” you could still see the light coming in. TV on wall mount had to be slanted in order for plug to reach the wall outlets.

Our room was quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s clear this is an older building which has seen modest improvements. Our room had a fresh coat of paint and the towels and bed clothes had been recently purchased. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to put us in an easily accessible room when she saw I had a boot on my left foot. All in all we had a pleasant stay at Flagship Motor Court!

Our room was quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s clear this is an older building which has seen modest improvements. #1: put sign out twice for maid service. They were working on the room nextdoor when we left both times and both times, got no maid service. The excuse Head Desk gave was the maids don't speak english? We needed to ask Head Desk for towels. #2: We had no shampoo or conditioner at all 1st day. Nothing on website said we needed to bring our own, when we asked Head Desk we were given used bottles and the day they gave it to us from a personal supply in a plastic glass because they had no more of the ones you could buy for 1$. We were there for 5 days. I also tripped on a loose tile outside and bruised my leg. The shower was a little rusty. We will not be coming back here again.

Asked woman at front desk about parking for an additional vehicle, she said yes, $35, but 20 minutes later when my other vehicle arrived she told me sorry but you cant have 2 vehicles, and explained a parking lot that was over a mile away, then had to pay $70 to park it there, the woman behind the counter was very rude and unapologetic, i will never stay at flagship motor inn again

I went to check in and got attitude from the lady at the front desk. She was telling me not to speak to her and that she was only talking to my boyfriend. Told me to stop talking she doesn’t want to hear me speak. Telling me she doesn’t want to let me in the room with the others I was with because I told her I have every right to speak. It was disgusting in the room there was black mold in our room. Complete waist of money I would have has a better experience the hotel over.

First time staying at flagship. Front desk woman was very friendly and super helpful. I didn’t have to drive all weekend. Everything was within walking distance. Loved sitting by the pool after a day at the beach. The room was immaculate upon entering. The AC cooled the room perfectly. Thanks.

We only went for a short weekend. It really wasn’t that bad. We got there and 2 of the lights weren’t working so the man at the desk came and changed them. But there was some garbage under the bed. When we woke up in the morning we wanted to use the pool and we were told we had to pay an extra $15 to park there for the day even though we were paying to stay there. The pool was nice, most of the workers other then the older women at the front desk was nice. We will probably stay again if we go on short notice again.

Very convenient location next to Hampton Beach Park. Staff was really nice. The room was a bit outdated but clean in general.

Convenient to everything. Just is what it is. Not Fancy! The ceiling in the bathroom was cracking and pieces were falling. Tub took a few hours to drain after a shower. But it was tidy enough and a place to sleep. I did not love that they charged me cash to park because I was a few hours early before checkin even though there were spots open.

Well we arrived shortly after check-in time so we did have parking. The room was very clean considering. The sheets were fresh, the toilet n shower were clean. The refrigerator was clean and cold. Their were plenty towels. The room was walking distance to the casino. It was nice

Worst receptionist ever our blinds had fallen down before we were going to bed and we went down to the receptionist to ask for help and she was so rude. Told us that she was sleeping and that there was nothing that she could do and that they would figure it out tomorrow. Mind you they were still open for another hour. But yet she was sleeping and told us that she wasn’t gonna help us.

I have stayed here plenty of times in the past years but this booking not that good. It was very clean nice court yard area that we enjoyed. But a lot of weed smoking smelling out the families rooms. Ambulance there for an over dose .a lot of young kids drinking being loud at night. I think the rooms should be checked for smoking if the policy is no smoking like told. My daughter’s room that was booked she couldn’t stay in because of the smell of smoke she had to be changed to a new room. If you choose the court yard and want first floor they charge an xtra 30.00 nothing online states that. But like I said it is clean and a nice yard for kids and grills to cook on. I would stay again but hopefully things change a little.

My first time at this location - Way more in the kitchenette department than I thought ! There is a Microwave, but if you dig deeper there’s a hot plate, glasses, plates full size sink ! Surprised and delighted King size bed - a little to firm for me woke up stiff - AC you could put on Eco mode and worked great - WiFi is spotty kept losing connection and non WiFi is also spotty works but … except for the window there is no light to speak of in the rooms, the blinds had no way of adjusting them - You can check in early there is a fee - cash only that you don’t know till you get there - cash machine in lobby didn’t work and got charged a 5 dollar fee as well … It’s at the end of town - leaving so it is a good walk into town - not an issue for me love the beach so a stroll is aways a good thing, plus there’s the shops … In the end - yes I would stay there again - over all price was good, well appointed room - I was “court yard” first floor I’d want that again ….

Rooms were clean and comfortable. But they definitely have to add lighting. One small lamp and the light over the cooktops. Kitchen area very dark

This was a great place to stay. My girls and I were comfortable . The rooms had everything we needed and are a good size. Close to the beach!
