エレベーターもなく3階は大変でした。部屋も狭くて不満でした。

Das mit dem Parkplatz ist leider bei einer Parkgarage..nur war es nicht so schlimm. Konnte dort eine Reinigung veranlassen.

On a quiet street, walking distance to major attractions and the sea broadwalk. Reasonably priced. Its an old boutique hotel, rooms are small but clean, staff is friendly, decent breakfast custom omlets and coffees. We used card to keep ac running during our stay.

The location in Istanbul was unbeatable. Truly amazing; however, the hotel was average. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and it was a bit dated. Also, we were placed in the bottom section of rooms which only had a very small window, so no sunlight. Also, during the night there were kids playing until 2am which kept us awake. It was a bit frustrating. Lastly, the breakfast was good and the staff were awesome.

We loved the rooms it was clean , staff were very friendly and helpful , breakfast was really good as well , we would Definitely stay there again

La chambre est très étroite ainsi que la salle de bain vraiment minuscule. La douche était bouchée. Le petit-déjeuner n'est absolument pas digne d'un hotel 5 étoiles (pas varié, pas très bon et pas copieux). Hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux m. Situation calme et près du centre historique.

La stanza era piccola, angusta e sporca, non adatta a 4 persone ma nemmeno a due. Le pulizie della stanza sono state fatte solo un giorno su 3 in maniera superficiale e per metà ( il soppalco con il secondo letto non è stato fatto) Tranne il concierge nessuno parla inglese La colazione è minima e poco internazionale, caratterizzata da prodotti scadenti Le foto proposte su hotels non sono veritiere , l’esperienza è stata molto deludente sicuramente da non ripetere

AVOID THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! Checked out early it was so bad. This is a 1/2 star hotel at best, extremely disappointed with our experience here never had to deal with a missold holiday property. Please read most recent reviews it is an outdated property with rude staff and lack of amenities. Never have I ever checked out of a hotel early because of how unhygienic and unimpressed I was with the difference between what is advertised on the websites vs how outdated the hotel actually is. Short reasons why: - Unpleasant rooms and bathrooms that are unkempt - Brown splashes on the ceiling above where you sleep - Dirty walls - Rusted bathroom metallurgy - Broken mirror - A hairdryer that is from 2005 that has a filament that heats up red when used and has to turn itself off every 5 minutes to cool down - Bathroom hooks are swivelling when you hang something on them - You could turn the bathroom tap 360 degrees because it was so ill fitted/ready to come off entirely - Wallpaper coming off the walls - Worn out sofa in the room - Mezzanine floor is only 1 metre in height such that the bed is actually just a mattress on the floor, we bumped our heads every time we got up - No kettle, cups or spoons provided in the rooms - Outdated - Rude staff - we were told upon asking for some cups (because maybe they weren't provided in the room in the first place) and a butter knife that we were asking for 'too much' - - Asked where we are 'originally from' when asking for milky tea.

I missed my flight to Minsk and had to stay overnight at Istanbul. I booked this hotel last minute from the airport without much research and never regretted. They made me feel very welcome even though I was a solo traveller, signed me up for an awesome dinner on a boat (I definitely needed it after two flights). Next day I was able to walk around the city for a little bit because the hotel is 7 mins walking distance from the Blue Mosque. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The rooms are very clean and you feel like a royalty staying at this hotel. Highly recommend.

The over-the-top opulence of the hotel is very much a matter of taste - we thought it a perfect fit for the old town! A little worn at the edges, but it's a lovely place, with very helpful and attentive staff and a massive breakfast

I realize now, a week after coming back home, that we got a tiiiny economy room in the basement, even if we booked and paid for a bigger, standard room (which clearly had natural light and windows on the pictures, unlike the basement...) I guess i was in a good mood and didnt realise at the time but this is really NOT okay. Positive points: the staff is very friendly and the neighborhood is SO pretty and cosy, also very close to the touristic area while being very quiet. Negative points: the smell in the room is AWFUL (i dont know if it smells like passion fruit or cat pee but it´s bad, and since you cant really open the window it lingers and makes it hard to sleep), no space to open our luggage, and on our last day there was no hot water (its an old house in an old part of town so it can happen, and in the end it didnt matter too much, it´s almost a fun memory). Also the TV is not working but we werent there to watch tv so it was ok.

Nice place to stay while in Istanbul. Very close to the boardwalk outside the busy city, on a quiet street. Close enough to walk to absolutely everything and far enough away to escape the chaos that is Istanbul. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the tea and coffee, lots of recommendations on places and things to see. The one thing is the rooms are small, but there is a closet to put stuff, and they are cozy.

Great little hotel in the heart of Istanbul, all within a walking distance. Fantastic service, we even had breakfast included in the price. Room was bit smaller than expected btu all basic ameneties worked. Call the hotel direct for a better deal.

We enjoyed the hotel and staff very much. If you want a boutique hotel that is designed in the Turkish style, you’ll love it. Orhan was top notch and helped us around the hotel, talking about the city, and is connected throughout the city. The hotel also coordinated our round trip airport transfers.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming — you immediately feel at ease. The hotel is located in a quiet, historic neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Nearby, you can also easily reach Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Gulhane Park, and enjoy long walks toward the Sea of Marmara. This makes the hotel an ideal choice for travelers who want to explore Istanbul on foot — walking one or two historical sites each day through peaceful, beautiful backstreets, without rush or crowds. What made the stay even more special was the atmosphere: the sound of seagulls, fresh winter air, and scenic walks near the waterfront — a perfect blend of calm and history. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bathroom stood out in particular, with strong hot water pressure and perfect temperature, which is such a relief during winter travel. I really liked the staff members as they provided the best customer service. Location was perfect near all attractions, but breakfast could be way better and for Turkey they could have better quality for food and coffee.

The staff, rooms, and location are excellent.

I was good experience. I feel as I am at home.every morning I had a good breakfast. At from desk guys were helpful and they gave me some good advises. Some tips. Never-never take a transportation from hotel. Only Take a yellow taxi.

The location was perfect about 10mins walk max from the blue mosque, topkapi palace n Hagia sofia 5mins away from Arasta Bazar. Lots of places to eat out. The rooms were very differently decorated ottoman style. The staff Emre, Orhan and Hurside were totally amazing. They were amazing, nothing was too much for them.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a good one. The Buffay breakfast was a lot of fun specially, for the kids they get to order their own kind of omelette It’s a small boutique hotel with a very traditional feel. It is close to everything. I love the old style roads leading up to the hotel.

Hyggeligt lille hotel, i en stille del af byen, 5 minutter fra den Blå Moske og Ayasofia. Personalet er utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme, og laver omeletter til hverenkelt til morgenmad. Værelserne er små, specielle og smukt indrettet, som ses på hotellets egne billeder. Bonus er, at restauranten lige overfor hotellet er virkelig god, og billig.

Bubbelbad heeft onderhoud nodig. Water was mossig daarom alleen douche genomen. Ontbijt mag meer keuze hebben. Kamer was ruim en goed confortable bed .

Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, unglaublich bemüht und aufmerksam. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, man kann gut schlafen. Bett ist bequem, Badezimmer ist groß und schön
