Har bara gott att säga om hotellet. Prisvärt (lågsäsong?). Stora fina rum (men trög dörr till duschen). EU-kontakter bra för att ladda mobilen. God frukost och fantastisk personal. Väldigt nära till DLR för resa in till City. Gångavstånd till linbana över till O2 och Uber Boats. De håller på att bygga ut ExCel så vyn ut över Themsen kommer blockeras. Har bara gott att säga om det här hotellet förutom att poolen var lite av en besvikelse. Inget utsikt som på foton här. Hårstrån i vattnet. Väldigt stimmigt när vi var där. Begränsade möjligheter att byta om på plats. Och trots att vi bad om badhandukar i receptionen flera gånger kom de aldrig med några. Bara pga detta får hotellet 9 istället för 10.

Location of the hotel is easy to reach and the hotel is well kept. Ideal if you are attending Excel or you fancy a Uber boat ride. The room is well laid out with a large TV but beds are hard and we didn't sleep well. We felt having 2 tea bags and 1 can of water for 4 was underwhelming. Cleanliness was just about ok in the room and the water pressure was poor. Overall the stay could have been easily better with a little care.

The pool was closed due to "maintenance" which is the main reason I booked this hotel over others. When I mentioned it to the reception staff they shrugged it off and offered nothing for the inconvenience. I woke up 2 hours early to ensure I could enjoy the pool. Very disappointed with receptions response.
