Hotel Abest Happo Aldea

I would avoid staying here unless nothing else is available. It was very expensive for the condition and cleanliness of the hotel room. The shower had mold on the ceiling, walls, in the fan vent, and on the curtain. There was dust and debris indicating the room isn't dusted or vacuumed much, if at all. At $500 a night it was not worth the money. The hotel overall was in need of maintenance and cleaning. The onsen was amazing and clean. The staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic being a 3 min walk to sakka lift at happo one. The hotel has a shuttle that helps get you out in the morning and return in the afternoon. Overall pass unless the price comes down to match what is offered. Or the hotel goes through a deep clean and maintenance.

Lots of character. Superb staff. Delicious breakfast. And the Onsen was amazing. The first day we saw about 15 snow monkeys pass right in front of the hotel. How can you beat that?

Nos hemos sentido como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa. El personal es muy amable especialmente Yuika, la gerente del hotel, quien nos ha apoyado con todas nuestras necesidades. Definitivamente lo recomendamos a todos que quieran conocer a Hakuba!
