All I needed was a hotel for me to sleep for one night.And this motel's location is exactly what I needed. A decent place at a bargain price. My criticism is that the parking lot desperately needs repaving, some of the potholes in the parking lot are downright dangerous.

I would patch all the massive potholes in the parking lot, and either fix/get a new door that is accessible to the hallway to the rooms from the outside because it was not properly secured, and anyone could have just walked in if they had wanted. The hallway also had the lingering scent of smoke from cigarettes. The front desk check in and check out was very smooth and straightforward. Room was tidy.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the building itself isn't in great condition. The floor in my room was oddly lumpy, uneven and damp in places. The bathroom door didn't latch and was difficult to close and while very clean, there was duct tape holding things together in the bathroom, the toilet seat was all scratched up and there was rust build up in the corners of the bathtub. The door to my room from the inside of the building was locked when I arrived but the door leading to the parking area was left unlocked. I cannot beat the value of the room and I would stay here again if I am in the Belleville area but it is by no means the nicest place I have stayed for a similar price.

Overall, room was not bad with a king bed. But exterior of motel and hallway in very poor shape. Building is old, low, and hard to even see at night as front exterior is very poorly lit. Room was priced reasonable, but building is past its "best before date"!!!

The Travelers Inn is a motel, park at your door. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and seemed relatively new, no signs of bugs anywhere. The lobby is tired looking, could use a face-lift to make it look more inviting. If you are looking for a place to sleep for a night at a decent price, this works really well.

Did not see any bed bugs or signs of bed bugs which I saw in certain reviews. Room did have an odour I think its the cleaning stuff they use but it lasted the 2 days I was there. Staff is fine. Its much cheaper than anywhere else which is awesome. I saved 270$ which was great because I was only there 2 sleep. Definitely would come back have been twice now. Cleaners need to clean the crack betweens the sink and shower and under the beds but otherwise very nicely cleaned. Dont expect a 5 star hotel also though didn't notice any drug addicts on problematic people which some small motels are filled with so thats a big plus.

This motel is long past its prime. Very shoddy maintenance, mold on the shower curtain, the room smelt dank and wet. Lamps had rust from moisture on them, the loveseat in the room was stained enough that I didn't sit on it at all. No effective heat control in the room, even at the lowest heat setting it was too strong, so no effective climate control. Even though this is a non smoking venue, the hallway reeked of smoke. Could not leave this motel soon enough.

Horrible!! The property is in a bad area, it is completely run down. The hallways have a very heavy smoke smell. The comforter on our bed had cigarette burn holes and the white sheets had big yellow stains. We did not end up staying!!

Parking lot was a minefield of potholes. A 3” deep “lake” surrounded the car after rain. Air con sounded like a cross between a freight train and an airplane. Wallpaper was trying to be held up with packing tape. All in all a one star hotel.

Front desk was friendly and accommodating. The Motel is close to the shopping mall and major restaurants. The motel room had a lot of visable damage around the door. The couch is filthy, light switches dont work. The TV romote doesn't work but the TV works using the TV control's. The road/driveway surrounding the motel is in extreme disrepair with huge potholes. For $88 a night, i wasn't expecting 5 stars. I had to put down a $200 damage deposit of which i dont think they use to repair damages with. I feel this place is 2 to 2.5 Stars.

The price was great! the room was a good size bathroom was nice and clean, (as was the room of course) The only issue we had was the extreme noise the first night and still loud music the second night with kids running yelling down the interior hall through the night the second night. The staff was really nice but there was no sense of urgency with them so all interactions were very slow. But overall a great place to stay.

Goutte de sang sur les murs, plafond, cerné Tapis, user à la corde ce n’est pas vrai que les déjeuners sont inclus Le seul point positif est le matelas confortable , mais je vous dis ne réservez pas cet endroit si le prix était de 75 $ la nuit ça pourrait faire mais là non

The price was right.It was clean and quiet.Also within walking distance to many resturants. Had fridge and microwave but no coffee maker or kettle.

Staff was friendly. However, we were traveling with a baby (stated in our reservation) and the first room they gave us was next to a room with a broken window and the room smelled incredibly bad of cigarettes). We requested a non-smoking room in the booking. They gave us a different room which smelled better but the second room still smelled slightly of cigarettes. The ice-machine needs to be more sanitary instead of having a dirty scoop just laying in the ice, especially in these times of covid. No breakfast or coffe or tea provided.

Very poor condition! Advertises a cafe and there is none. Staff were very polite but for $140 a night, it should have been in better shape.

The air conditioning system worked well. The carpet needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. My feet were filthy after walking to and from the bathroom. There were plenty of towels and washcloths but not as nice as the ones at my home. I put a chair in front of the door to the parking lot and a garbage can in front of the door that lead into the hallway as the deadbolt did not look very secure. I was able to park in front of my room which was nice. The desk clerk was polite when I checked in and checked out the next morning. I would not recommend this motel to anyone I know.

Staff was friendly. The motel is outdated and smells like old smoke but the rooms and bedding are clean, so if you're just looking for a bed for the night, it's fine. We found the price was still a little steep for what it was.
