A different policy applies to confirm bookings for 6 o more people.
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. The 30% deposit is totally refundable if any modification or a cancellation is done at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.
Please note than we don't accept groups bigger than 10 people, for our groups, we'll always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind that's not always possible!
If you choose a Non-refundable Rate you will be charged the total amount of the reservation when the reservation is received. This is a non-refundable charge
If you choose the Standard Rate: Cancelation policy is 72 hours always by e-mail. Failure to cancel within this time (total or partial) or do not show up will result in a cancellation charge of the total of your stay, with no exception.
After the cancellation period, we will charge the full amount of your reservation. If you wish, we can cancel the charge upon arrival if you want to pay in cash or with another card.
