Serendipity Hotel

Lovely room as described with city view with a few seconds walk into town. Friendly service in a beautiful hotel, you can see the passion & character here. We had an issue with our bathroom door not opening, luckily not while in there. The owner was straight on it, but ended up kindly upgrading us to a room with a mountain view ( one of the triple bed rooms ). The hotel is very well managed and cleaned beyond clean, as watching them wash clean floors and sweep clean pavements outside. The rooms were perfect. But 6.30am road cleaning, trucks beeping, dogs barking & no one uses their inside voice. So late risers be aware, would have liked a coffee in room, but great coffee at breakfast ( nice selection of teas - no milk ) But can’t blame the hotel, this is a very central place and the council should consider loud works at this time. Parking I messaged via hotels.com re-parking two days before our stay & used their whatsapp link on their google maps page, one day before with no response ( apart from an auto response saying they will get back to me soon ) So had to call a couple of hours before to confirm. As it was out of their main season we ended parking out front for free, which the hotel said was an option when we spoke ( or pay to park in their off street parking ) Breakfast Lovely buffet breakfast with fresh cappuccino from the bar. Amazing hosts and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Fantastic 💯 percent ! Immaculately clean with polite staff, the owner even took us to the ski lift. Room was spacious, well designed and overall satisfying. With wooden features and a homely touch Id recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a lovely holiday.

We stopped here for a night on our way to France. Sweet little place. Comfortable bed, nice shower, cute bar and solid breakfast! Staff was kind and town walkable. Can recommend with confidence!

This place is singular and special. Perfectly it is integrated with the natural environment. Building is constructed with natural elements, stone, and wood and they are so cute. The details are what it mades so special and delicate. Beds are so comfortable, bathroom is magnificent and views I have no words to described it. Breakfast is of great quality and variety. Also we dinner in their restaurant with a friendly staff and a quality a delicate plates.
