A great little place above a cafe. Cafe seemed to be open between 9am-6pm, so noise from it never bothered me. Small room, but comfortable, AC worked great and was quiet. Location is outstanding and very walkable. Restaurants, shopping, site seeing all very close and I never had trouble getting a taxi when needed. Staff were outstandingly helpful, Laundry was done for me cheap and quickly, they even called a taxi for me on the last day, getting it at half the price of what I had gotten myself on other occasions. Solo traveler and I never felt unsafe. Excellent value for the price, would do it again. I would not try to drive myself in this area, parking would be exceptionally hard, but sidewalks and taxis make getting around easy.

The room was spotless. Very clean, very comfortable, very tasteful designed. We were staying in one of the houses with 3 rooms only and there was a leaving room downstairs for joined use. It feels like home. It’s very private. We also had a small outdoor area for private use of our room which was super useful for extra space.The property is located in the center of Old Town Phuket, very close to local bus/tuktuk transportation for all beaches in the area. Tickets are very affordable. There are many coffee shops and dining options around. On my trip lasting 3 months I have visited many places in Asia including China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and this was far as the best accommodation we had from all perspectives.I would highly recommend this place and would come again.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, direkt über einem Cafe. Dennoch ruhig (Zimmer 3). Zimmer werden von dem Café angeboten. Sehr liebe, nette, freundliche Inhaberin/Mitarbeiterinnen. Haben auch kurzfristig eine Nacht verlängern können. Wäsche wurde auch zu einem sehr guten Preis gewaschen. Uns wurde auch sofort geholfen bei einem Besuch von einem Gecko. Lage perfekt in der schönen Altstadt von Phuket. Viele Touristen aber nicht laut. Café nicht über Nacht besetzt. Dort kann aber sehr lecker gefrühstückt und getrunken werden. Treppe zu den Zimmern etwas eng/steil. Mobiliar etwas älter, Boden aus Holz und knarrt. Dennoch großes Zimmer und alles top. Für diesen Preis gibt es nichts Besseres. Absolute Empfehlung.

The room and bathroom were clean, the big bed, with a window you can see the famous street, the receptionists very nice, friendly and helpful they speak good english, we arrive around 2 am and she was waiting for us. We book 2 separate nights for transit to the island. There is a cafe in the first floor. Very recommended.

Kleines Guesthouse mit wenigen Zimmern, die sich oberhalb eines Kaffees befinden. Gastgeberinnen & Personal sind sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Anreise hatte ich Geburtstag & die Gastgeberin hat mich am Abend mit selbst gemachtem Bananenbrot überrascht. Der Kaffee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tagsüber gibt es viele Touristen in der Strasse, jedoch Abends ist es angenehm ruhig & wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

This property was in a great location on a busy tourist street, making it very convenient to experience the city with lots of shops all around. However, this also meant that it was very loud, especially on weekends from 8AM-11PM. We stayed in Glasnost 3 and the room was very large and comfortable. The owners of property were just across the street in their cafe and they were very friendly. When I asked for a hair dryer at 11PM, they delivered it to my room. Their staff also helped to move our luggage up to the second floor (no elevators) and let us store it all day in their cafe after our checkout. The building is also very beautiful and this is a real hidden gem. It’s tremendous value for money, I would recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the noise in the morning and at nights.

The room was clean and in a great location for exploring Phuket. The staff were lovely and very helpful and even let us check in super early as our flight landed at 7am! For the price, I would definitely recommend :)

Un peu vétuste, beaucoup de bruits dans la rue et chambres mal insonorisées. De plus les fenetres laisse passer l'air. On a retrouvé un cafard dans la douche.

The cleanliness is very different from the comments given by those 5 stars review. We encountered flooded bath area, many significant stain marks on the wall - room and toilet area. Early in the morning there are things moving on the ceiling creating noise - not sure what is that but I suspect could be mouse running. We stayed before in another guesthouse near by which is 40% cheaper than 346 guesthouse, it is so much more cleaner!! Also 346 guesthouse does not have room cleaning daily - it will only be done upon request, neither the proactiveness of changing towel daily. Though they take action quickly to address to our request / feedback, but a lot of things can be addressed better if they have the proactiveness. In short - this place definitely different from what has been rated by the 5 stars review. Location is good though but many other guesthouses around with equally good location too. Maybe just I am unlucky but quite not a good experience.

I stayed here 2 nights, the area is very busy but just what Old Phuket town is. I loved it, as I had plans during the day, and would go out at night. The bed was soooo comfortable and the room extremely clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they were so kind when I even was running late with checking out. I highly recommend if you are looking for room in the busy center of Phuket.

Stayed for 2 nights in this cute, quirky little place which is charming. Very clean & comfortable room, with fridge, bottled water & kettle but no coffee (not a problem for us as we’d brought our own anyway) Excellent location right in the heart of the old town in a very popular little street, be careful opening the front door as people are often stood right outside having a photo taken! Lots of places to eat & drink very close by too. It was a little noisy from next door & the market behind but don’t let that put you off & the lovely friendly ladies that run this also run the cafe opposite in which we had a nice breakfast on one morning.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating with my very late check in! The room was clean and spacious and looked out onto the night market which I enjoyed. There was a bit of street noise which didn’t bother me but I can imagine it may if someone is expecting quiet. Great location and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Old Town Phuket. Very service minded host. Only complaint is that sound travelled very easily from room to room, also the AC was making a lot of weird noises. But for the price and location i think thats okay.

Cool spot in old town phuket. Owners and help super sweet. The room is above their cafe. It is cozy and bit dated but has all the neccessary things. Good for solo traveler.

I had the 'small' room, with seperate shower/wc, which was just perfect for me alone. Everything there what you need. Clean bed, clean room, important. They make a good cappuccino. Friendly staff. Good price. You get a key to hotel and room, can bring a friend. In the morning after 10 some noise from the street, but i slept late so not much of a problem. Would stay again.

Absolute gem and our favorite stay of our month-long holiday. Right in the heart of Old Town but whisper quiet at night. Huge room (Room 9) with great ac, extremely comfortable bed and excellent water-pressure in the shower! Friendly and helpful staff who also run Phuket 346 cafe across the road.

The room was clean and in a great location for exploring Phuket. The staff were lovely and very helpful and even let us check in super early as our flight landed at 7am! For the price, I would definitely recommend :)

This property was in a great location on a busy tourist street, making it very convenient to experience the city with lots of shops all around. However, this also meant that it was very loud, especially on weekends from 8AM-11PM. We stayed in Glasnost 3 and the room was very large and comfortable. The owners of property were just across the street in their cafe and they were very friendly. When I asked for a hair dryer at 11PM, they delivered it to my room. Their staff also helped to move our luggage up to the second floor (no elevators) and let us store it all day in their cafe after our checkout. The building is also very beautiful and this is a real hidden gem. It’s tremendous value for money, I would recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the noise in the morning and at nights.

Great location Great Boss, very central to the old town. Be careful about arriving on Sunday with a car. There's a good carpark 800m away and the staff were good enough to drive me there at my departure.

A great little place above a cafe. Cafe seemed to be open between 9am-6pm, so noise from it never bothered me. Small room, but comfortable, AC worked great and was quiet. Location is outstanding and very walkable. Restaurants, shopping, site seeing all very close and I never had trouble getting a taxi when needed. Staff were outstandingly helpful, Laundry was done for me cheap and quickly, they even called a taxi for me on the last day, getting it at half the price of what I had gotten myself on other occasions. Solo traveler and I never felt unsafe. Excellent value for the price, would do it again. I would not try to drive myself in this area, parking would be exceptionally hard, but sidewalks and taxis make getting around easy.

The staff at the property were so welcoming and kind when we arrived! The location is great, you are right in old Phuket. If I were to return I would request a room not facing the street - we were travelling with our 7 month baby and because it was the Sunday night market it was quite loud until late (understandably) with the windows/walls not preventing any noise. But if you are planning to be out late anyways then it wouldn’t be a problem!

The room and bathroom were clean, the big bed, with a window you can see the famous street, the receptionists very nice, friendly and helpful they speak good english, we arrive around 2 am and she was waiting for us. We book 2 separate nights for transit to the island. There is a cafe in the first floor. Very recommended.

Kleines Guesthouse mit wenigen Zimmern, die sich oberhalb eines Kaffees befinden. Gastgeberinnen & Personal sind sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Anreise hatte ich Geburtstag & die Gastgeberin hat mich am Abend mit selbst gemachtem Bananenbrot überrascht. Der Kaffee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tagsüber gibt es viele Touristen in der Strasse, jedoch Abends ist es angenehm ruhig & wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

The ladies who maintain both the guesthouse and cafe were simply incredible - Always smiled, always said good morning, even offered an umbrella when they saw me leaving during a storm. Truly a little gem amongst a BUSY scene in Old Town.

I had the 'small' room, with seperate shower/wc, which was just perfect for me alone. Everything there what you need. Clean bed, clean room, important. They make a good cappuccino. Friendly staff. Good price. You get a key to hotel and room, can bring a friend. In the morning after 10 some noise from the street, but i slept late so not much of a problem. Would stay again.

We had a short and sweet stay here, just before Chinese New Year - if we'd known. we would have stayed longer, as the New Year celebrations in this town must have been pretty special. The staff at the guest house were so lovely and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and, despite mine facing the street, I got two nights' excellent sleep. The cafe downstairs attracts people all day and serves delicious home-made ice-cream. The street itself is the most charming street in Phuket Town. My only issue is I had to be alert for mosquitoes, but I came prepared, so ultimately this wasn't a big issue. Thoroughly recommend this guesthouse and Phuket Town itself. Would stay again!

Loved this place. It is in an old shop house filled with old stuff. We were warned not to run in to people walking out the door because the location is picturesque and in the heart of the old town. Very walkable and we enjoyed the night market that takes place outside the door. Everything is very comfortable and the owners are helpful with anything needed. We recommend.

Had a room on 1st floor overlooking Soi Romanee which is the street where tourists come to take photos with the wall art. Quiet at night. Good hot water. Quiet a/c. very good location for 2 nights. somewhere to come back for a rest in the day before exploring again. very good value for me. Simple, basic room for sleeping.
