La personne qui m’a accueillie était très serviable et sympathique. Elle a bien voulu accepter mes valises avant le check in et a pris le soin de les mettre à la chambre. Linstallation est dans un immeuble authentique avec une décoration impeccable. La chambre est comme un petit appartement boudoir, très propre et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est au coût de 15 euros et comprend tout ce que vous désirez, avec un buffet complet et un service à la carte personnalise. Je reviendrai assurément. Super emplacement et facile d’accès.

Lack of staff and no sign on the door for the hotel entrance… too many steps up and down to tye rooms. No phone in the rooms to contact reception so you need to go up and down to ask for a shampoo or what ever. Noisy hallway with doors banging. No smoke or Carbon monoxide detectors visible so safety can be questionable. Rooms decorated nicely smallish and not enough light. Location 10/10 too expensive for what it is.

It was perfectly located for a city break. We stayed here for a night at the Opera, during a heat wave we were very happy with the room, well air conditioned- kept cool for our arrival, staff were very helpful and the room was lovely, and has a great shower. Will be back next time we are in Verona

A fabulous boutique hotel in a great location within Verona old town. Literally 10 mins walk or less from most of the great sights and with so many restaurants, cages and great retail close by. Highly recommended.
