The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone traveling to the Philippines for St Luke’s. The walk was very easy and convenient. The room was a great size and the hotel was fairly quiet. There were some nights that you could hear the street traffic, but it wasn’t distracting or unbearable. The restaurant was great. Lots of options and open all day/night. The staff was amazing from the concierge to the front desk, to the restaurant and housekeeping. Although the room and hotel may seem a little old, it was well kept, so it made up for it. My biggest gripe was the fitness center. The treadmills are very old. The hotel having a fitness center was a big reason we selected it, so I was very disappointed in the treadmills.

Excellent hotel in the heart of BGC walkable to High Street. Many places to shop & right next to the Landmark if you need groceries. Breakfast & patio was nice. The only ding I have are for the elevators as they're slow & certain ones only go to certain floors.

It felt like a 4-star, especially as there was no access to the gym and spa. The terrace was closed, so there was no space to sit outdoors. The elevators were very slow and needed a proper lift management system.

We chose this property for its location. Very convenient. However, improvements are needed. Upon check-in, the wrong set of luggage was initially sent to our room. No big deal. Our room was next to Residential units where several paper notices had been left by the doors, cluttering the floor of the hallway and in front of our room. Wouldn't it be better just to leave a phone message with the unit owners that they have notices which they can pick up at the concierge? Unless you're arriving / leaving at very early / late in the day, the elevators can get really crowded and the wait can be significantly long. One thing that really needs attention is the condition of the property. Our room smelled unpleasant & musty. Housekeeping came by to spray some kind of freshener but did little to improve the air quality. The drapes need washing and had holes. Also in our suite was a glass dining table. But no dining chairs. The shower had a slow drain.The sink had no stopper. USB outlets would have been nice as well. On a positive note: the staff was fantastic. Service was impeccable.

Overall, my experience was very good. I like the location of this hotel. It's a walkable distance to High street. Service was excellent in the restaurant and room service was very responsive to all issues that i had. Only complaints i had were the wait times for elevators, it is a popular hotel and there were many guests. The swimming pools were excellent, but the water was cold to swim. Maybe a solar heating system could be installed to heat the water.

Excellent location in BGC, good enough breakfast and comfortable room. Staff pleasant and attentive. Issues: damp/mouldy smell in the room and corridor - really off putting, had I not been leaving after 2 nights, would definitely have moved room/hotel. Shower: very weak water pressure, shower controls not really working properly, either scolding hot or nothing until maintenance attended and even then it didn’t fix the problem.

The bathroom was moldy, and the rooms aren’t kept well. There’s stains on the bed as well as the bathrobe, we had to ask for a room transfer but it wasn’t much of a difference. We fully paid without refund so we decided to stay but don’t plan on staying ever again.

The hallway & the room smell like mold. The mattress of the extra bed are dirty. There was cockroach in our room. The bathroom smell line sewer. Overall, I think this hotel needs to be upgraded, it needs new carpet, new paint. The house keeper needs to do a better job in cleaning.

The place is worst than a motel 6 mold smell everywhere as soon as you walk in the door they have humidifiers to cover it up our room was disgusting water coming up from the laminate flooring you get what you pay for breakfast was always cold worker were nice but a shame they don’t fix the mold issue it felt very dirty and old hotel very sad as great location to shopping

Do not recommend - there are other good hotels in this district in this price range. Major issues with the general maintenance of the rooms and fraudulent charges. After I had left the hotel, they tried to charge me for damaging a hand towel that was never used or even taken off the towel rail. They backed down after raising a dispute. The charge wan't a lot, but it is the principle. I recommend photographing all your towels before checking out of the room. Shower taps were damaged and not easy to turn on or set the correct temperature - the hardware needs replacing. My colleague's room had a similar problem and he couldn't turn the shower on at all. Shower pressure was not good. Room master light switch was faulty - it turned on sometimes , or flickered on and then switched off. Only worked after a few attempts. The room cleanliness was good, and the dining staff were attentive - the breakfast menu was average and not particularly varied.

It's a decent hotel for the price. Typically average fitout standard. Had to move rooms twice. Aircon broke down the first night, the second night I was moved to a PWD room on the 6th floor right beside a mass of airconditioning units with a fairly noisy hum all night. The third room was quite acceptable though. The beds are quite hard. I don't mind a firm bed but these were very firm. Must be new as I don't remember them being this way on my previous stays.

Arrived almost 2 hours before check-in time but front desk staff was so accommodating and gave me a room instead of having to wait for 2 hours. During breakfast time, one of the waiters named Ray saw me sitting in a table occupied by other guests I didn’t know. He offered to transfer me to a solo table. It’s these small acts of the staff that make a place worth going back to.

Was great staying at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Nep, Stanly, Kim, and Allen. You guy's rock. Thank you for helping my husband Sir Pat with his phone. To the front desk Mike and Ivy thank you for helping us out when we needed to extend our stay for a few more hours before out flight. And the gentlemen on the grounds floor for helping us with out Grab App. We will be staying there again when we come back for our next visit.

직원들은 친절해요. 아침마다 인사해주고 친절하고 좋아요. 근데 수영장은 물을 언제마다 바꾸는지 잘 모르겠아요. 수영하는것 좋아하는데 수영장물은 안 바꾸는 것 같아서 좀 찝찝했구요. 아침식사는 메뉴가 거의 똑같아서 17일 있었는데 마지막 1주일은 아침을 안먹었어요. 그래도 방이 넓어서 좋아요. 아 한가지 불편했던 점은 엘리베이터를 기다리는 데에 시간이 너무 걸려요. 그리고 직원들이 손님과 같은 엘리베이터를 타고다니는데 그 안에서 시끄럽게 이야기하니 불편하더라구요.

*Overpriced* - Laundry services: Good but tremendously inflated/overpriced. - Stale, unpleasant smell, 7th floor hallways. - Security deposit: Inflated/overpriced. + Omlette bar was good on the 3rd floor restaurant. + Everyone was friendly, however, no awareness and lack of training at security entrance. They assume every young woman coming in a little late in the evening is a prostitute and don’t have a current hotel manifest to check against ID. - Check in/out counter on the 5th floor: Customer service rep, male, embarrassed another couple during their check-out process about stains on the bed in front of me and others. That should have been conducted in private. That is more lack of training and etiquette.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The location is particularly convenient within walking distance to a nearby mall, which made dining and shopping easily accessible. The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, such as umbrellas available for guests to borrow, which came in handy during rainy weather. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a designated seating area at the ground floor main entrance. Having a comfortable place to wait for transportation would greatly enhance the convenience and comfort for guests during check-out or while awaiting rides.

It was exactly what I expected: nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of BGC area of Manila. Breakfasts were wonderful with so much choice and rooms clean and staff very helpful and professional. The dining room and lounge both indoor and out were very comfortable. This was an excellent stay for me and my wife.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in Manila. 1. Room has a consistent moldy smell 2. Coffee was never refilled although it’s complimentary. 3. WiFi service never worked although I was given 2 passcodes for 6 devices I only have 5 devices. 4. Check-in/Check-out staff were unhelpful and gave scripted responses instead of actually trying to help you. 5. The Gym is smaller than the room 6. The room has 3 wardrobes and 6 hangers 7. Complimentary toiletries were discarded by the staff and never refilled. 8. House keeping never came, even after requesting twice 9. Breakfast was not refilled, many dishes unavailable during busy hours. The only good thing about the hotel is the friendly waiters at breakfast that made our stay tolerable. Seda hotel is a far superior choice nearby for similar price.

The breakfast dining is excellent food is good and the server JEFF is great and really took care of us. Housekeeping is sucks no handtowels, toilet papers and and no rug bathroom is flooding flooded in the bathroom.

Accommodation with breakfast for two is ok, but if you'll pay for breakfast for an extra person, like if you have a guest, is so not worth the P 1,700!!! Otherwise, will definitely stay at this hotel again, very convenient location and worth the price.

朝食付きで、あまり充実はしていなかったが、ホテルグレードならこんなものかな朝食のスタッフは明るくて、気持ちいいサービス。朝にふさわしいベッドは清潔で、硬さも程良く、長い枕が起きている時は縦使いできるしっかりとした硬さて、快適にできて居心地良いものになった

Please make sure the bar doesn't run out of wiskey, also the scramled eggs were mushy- too soft the fruit wasnt fresh please improve these areas staff was great.
