Bon séjour passé dans ce BnB si l'accueil est un peu impersonnel ( on ne voit personne) l'organisation est bonne et il n'y a aucun souci pour accéder au chambres Chambre confortable et bien équipée pour le café et autres biscuits et eau ( petit bémol pour le bruit enorme de l'eau quant elle coule dans la tuyauterie ( des chambres voisines douche ou WC) sinon fenetres bien isolées de l'extérieur Petit déjeuner parfait avec une dame très sympathique pour le service Wifi et clim OK (chambre no 3 ajouter le tuyau de douche flexible ca manque quand même - douche a effet pluie uniquement)

Good things: excellent location, good bathrooms, comfortable beds, very pleasant and helpful office staff. Bad things: over-complicated procedures (such as getting the wrong room), non-existent internal soundproofing, noisy plumbing, mildew on shower curtain, erratic "maid" service, e.g. not done at all or partially done (no change of linen or towels in 5-night stay), soap removed twice and not replaced, bin not emptied. Breakfast barely adequate, e.g. cereals laid out but neither bowls nor milk, stale cake, dry bread, unripe fruit. Surly service in the property. We do not think Expedia should use this property.

First thing to say: we paid extra for a triple room, which was given to other people, and - despite previously messaging that we needed the triple as we're brother and sister (and having received their confirmation) we had no option but to share a double bed. Poor soundproofing, disturbed by people in the room we'd paid for, and noise from breakast room (off which 3 of the 6 rooms lead directly.First breakfast OK, fresh and plentiful. Second was rationed and begrudged. 2 different members of staff. Glad to leave & very sorry that we'd already booked a return stay a few days later.

Very good breakfast. Problems with the checkin procedure. Need to make a phonecall. The door to the toilet in the room did not work properly. The wifi did not excist.
