Otelin ve odanın sıcaklığı çok iyi Gündelik veya uzun gezilerinizde güvenle konaklana bilir. Havaş gibi turistik otobüsler hemen yan sokağından kalkmakta Fiyat güzel Eksikleri Otelin Ses yalımı yok. Good budget hotel...room was very clean and was equipped with everything you need. Lift goes up only to the 7th floor so if you are given the 8th floor rooms, you will have to lug your luggage up 1 floor. Located 5-7 minutes walk from Point Hotel stop for Havabus and Havaist. So location is great!!

We would like to express many thanks to everyone at Faros hotel, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my mothers wheelchair needs & mobility issues. The were kind enough to arrange our transport. A very friendly and genuine hotel service. The food was also very delicious with a lot of variety and the overall cleanliness was excellent. We would definitely stay again should the need arise.

I was appalled by this place. After staying at over 10 hotels in the last 2 months I couldn’t believe it. The staff are so rude. I pointed out problems with the room such as holes in the floor, dirty beds and a strong smell - however, the staff were so rude to laugh and not take any responsibility. Not only this but they were talking about us in a rude and impolite manner to each other - not knowing we speak fluent Turkish and can know exactly they are saying. I reccomend everyone avoids this place

On approaching the Hotel , we were not impressed, the building next door was derelict. However, Hotel Faros itself was a well maintained building well decorated. The Hotel was clean and the room was slightly smaller than anticipated, but spotlessly clean, with a comfortable shower. The staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive. Breakfast was well laid out with Turkish breakfast fare. The location of the hotel is superb, once you get your bearings, it is literally 3 minutes walk from Taksim square. We would definitely stay again.

La chambre est trop sombre. Seulement des petites lampes. J’avais froid la nuit malgré le chauffage car les fenêtres sont fines. L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner sont bien!

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms was very clean, Bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The only problem I had was the noise. There is a club close by that payed loud music until 4:30AM. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel is close to Taksim and will definitively recommend as long as you take ear plugs for the noise.

Only few hundreds of meters from the Taksim square. 6 minuttes walk or so from the metro station. Room was large, clean and with a nice bed. Breakfast buffet acceptable. It was quite noisy in the evenings, with music from a party place nearby.

I asked for a refund and they refused. So I booked somewhere else. I thought Taksim was far so booked another hotel in Sultanahmet. The hotel didn't even refund despite us not coming to the hotel and informing them way in advance.

I was appalled by this place. After staying at over 10 hotels in the last 2 months I couldn’t believe it. The staff are so rude. I pointed out problems with the room such as holes in the floor, dirty beds and a strong smell - however, the staff were so rude to laugh and not take any responsibility. Not only this but they were talking about us in a rude and impolite manner to each other - not knowing we speak fluent Turkish and can know exactly they are saying. I reccomend everyone avoids this place

On approaching the Hotel , we were not impressed, the building next door was derelict. However, Hotel Faros itself was a well maintained building well decorated. The Hotel was clean and the room was slightly smaller than anticipated, but spotlessly clean, with a comfortable shower. The staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive. Breakfast was well laid out with Turkish breakfast fare. The location of the hotel is superb, once you get your bearings, it is literally 3 minutes walk from Taksim square. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms was very clean, Bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The only problem I had was the noise. There is a club close by that payed loud music until 4:30AM. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel is close to Taksim and will definitively recommend as long as you take ear plugs for the noise.

Only few hundreds of meters from the Taksim square. 6 minuttes walk or so from the metro station. Room was large, clean and with a nice bed. Breakfast buffet acceptable. It was quite noisy in the evenings, with music from a party place nearby.

Good budget hotel...room was very clean and was equipped with everything you need. Lift goes up only to the 7th floor so if you are given the 8th floor rooms, you will have to lug your luggage up 1 floor. Located 5-7 minutes walk from Point Hotel stop for Havabus and Havaist. So location is great!!

We would like to express many thanks to everyone at Faros hotel, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my mothers wheelchair needs & mobility issues. The were kind enough to arrange our transport. A very friendly and genuine hotel service. The food was also very delicious with a lot of variety and the overall cleanliness was excellent. We would definitely stay again should the need arise.

Otel taksim meydanın bir arka sokağında kalıyor metro tranvay ve vapur hatlarına merkezi noktalara yakın. Excellent séjour, je recommande vivement ! Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à Istanbul du 7 au 8 juillet 2026 et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre expérience. Le personnel était absolument parfait, très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute, même très tard dans la nuit. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse lorsqu’ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages quelques heures après notre départ. Notre chambre était encore mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé en voyant les photos lors de la réservation. Elle était spacieuse, confortable et surtout très propre. La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient également impeccables. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout : l’hôtel se trouve à seulement deux minutes du métro et à proximité du centre touristique de la ville, tout en étant suffisamment calme et à l’abri des nuisances sonores. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau lors d’un prochain passage à Istanbul !

We stayed there for 6 nights with our 2 young kids. On first night we heard loud music coming from outside, we spoke to the receptionist who informed us that they do not have any rooms available to shift us and also told us that the music plays every night until 05am. We found it really difficult to sleep, luckily ear plugs came into good use. The room was front facing (road) side we were told it was our choice of booking but we didnot know this at the time of booking. I requested for refund or to be shifted to another hotel because we booked through an App , they were not able to do this and just told us that the booking was non refundable. Horrible stay, rooms and gacilities were very outdated but functional. NoT recommedn this hotel to anyone

Faros hotel was normal hotel, mainly clean, but the steet where Faros hotel is located is very durty place and durty peoples. The hotel should be 3 stars and not 4 stars!. With a rate of 7.5/10 max. About the breakfast it was to cheep! Below the normal with some items. After 7 days, I discovered that taksim square and istanbul in general are very durty places and also very expensive! People are very bad and not frendly at all! I don't recommend at all to make vacation in Istanbul.
