Suburban Studios Alamogordo

Comme une majorité des motels à Alamogordo : à raser ! On se demande même si les draps du lits ont été changés avant notre arrivée……j’ai franchement un doute . Même un prix bas ne justifie pas une turle pareille !

This is one of the most racist hotel ever, if you are not a white person or with any, don't stay here. They wouldn't give me a room even at 4pm with a reservation, wouldn't let me to even see the room, but following me nonstop in and out of the lobby. The next morning, housekeeping came knocking on the door at 7am or 8am asking when you will get out of here but if I asked them when checkout time is ,these racists were unresponsive and you may have to do sign language with them as a non white person. And then later they will accuse you for raising your voice. One of the most hateful things I've noticed is the way they are responding was suggestive of gun violence! Not recognizing that they were disturbing the guest. Simply because they would not leave me alone for a nice stay. I noticed these people let military folks checked in even at 10am in the morning the next day, but they wouldn't let me check in even at 4pm the previous day. And let me tell everyone, if you are involved with a white guy in military, these racists think it's all their business, it's the reason why they harasse me and not let me to even have a nice day!

My room smelled of old smoke. I asked for a non-smoking room but probably had been a smoking room at some point. There were no pots or pans in the kitchen area or anything to cook with! There were cigarette burns on the tub. Room was clean. No do not disturb sign for door. Staff at front desk was incredibly polite. Wish more people were so polite.

The hotel was fine. We needed a place to stay for one night. Unfortunately they only had one room available which was a smokers room. We are not smokers so the smoke smell was pretty bad. No fault of the hotels. We made the choice to stay.

Rooms are clean with a good bed and good pillows. Staff is very friendly. Just to note: you need to bring your own cooking equipment, utensils and hangers.
