They never cleaned our room trash over piled in room they never tell you when you check in that they only clean every other day even though we stayed 3 nights I never received any cleaning at check out at front desk they acknowledged their error but refused to give us credit, no managers on site to address problem. Upon my our last night returning to room I realized they did not ever clean our room. It’s only when you look at bathroom do you know about cleaning process when you read mirror. It was most expensive hotel during our vacation. During our last breakfast morning could not enjoy our breakfast because they allow dogs to sit on guest areas with tables and a poodle was sitting on the sofa smelling table and licking it with the owners present a total health violation. When I finally spoke to managers about the incident t on my return home they too acknowledged their error in not ever cleaning our room and hung up on me. We stayed 3 nights and had to collect my own room garbage on Tuesday night is unacceptable will never stay in such a dirty place. Hallways had dog paws all over carpet and there were other full garbage bags laying on other outside rooms in hallway. Despicable service, management told me to go ahead and complain to my credit card company and then hung up on me refusing to give me any credit and managers name I spoke to was SArah. Don’t stay therunless you like filth and eating with dogs at table. Also there is a train that wakes you up everyday at 3:00AM

When I arrived, we arrived very tired. The host is stayed on the phone almost 15 minutes before she checked me in was not very helpful. We got charged for a missing pillow that I do not know where it was. We bought our own pillow and blankets because our room smelled really bad the shower had hair in it. My shower was really dirty. My room smells.
