Hoang Trinh Hotel Hoi An

大人3名なので、3つベッドがある部屋を予約しました。しかし当日用意されたのは、ツインルームの狭い部屋でした。その後すぐ受付の女性に正しい部屋を要求しました。しぶしぶ何とか変更してくれましたが、その後態度は悪かったです。残念な経験でした。

The staffs are very nice and helpful! But the sound isolation with the next room needs to be improved!

We (family with teenagers) stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation was excellent. Located a few houses back from the main street provides a quiet location but close to the old town to get into the hustle and bustle. The family room was spacious with plenty of places to sit other than just the beds. Breakfast was a variety of pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, noodles,soups etc and everything was so fresh. The staff went above and beyond. Super friendly and willing to help in any way they can to ensure your time in Hoi An is enjoyable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Hoi An.

The hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance from the river and the main attractions. The room was very nice, clean and spacious with an excellent Wi-Fi connection and nice breakfast served. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the swimming pool offers a good relief from the afternoon heat. But what makes this hotel the best place is the staff. I can’t praise them enough for all the attention and good service they provide. It was one of my best stays and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Hoi An

Staff were fantastic! Very kind and helpful! Would highly recommend, just a short walk to the centre.
