Punti di forza L'hotel é molto bello e ampio. Colazione molto fornita Stanza pulita e calda Da.migliorare Piscine interne alla spa in alcuni punti un pó deteriorate (mosaico mancante in alcuni punti e interruttori dell'idromassaggio non funzionanti ovunque. Viene indicato l'obbligo delle cuffie per accesere alle piscone ma non tutti la indossano nonostante alcuni richiami dal personale. Non vi é il rispetto del silenzio nella spa. La gente urlava da una parte all'altra delle piscine non permettendo cosi il relax desiderato. Nel complesso, buona esperienza. Probabilmente migliorando il servizio della spa risultaterebbe una struttura perfetta.

Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno all’Hotel Terme Marine Leopoldo II. La camera superior era eccellente, con una grande terrazza e una splendida vista sui pini e sul mare. La piscina e la colazione sono molto buone. Ho usufruito dello spa solo il primo giorno, perché a partire dal secondo le principali vasche erano chiuse per manutenzione, cosa che mi è dispiaciuta molto, visto che avevo scelto l’hotel per lo spa interno. Il ristorante non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative: abbiamo cenato una sera, il piatto è arrivato freddo e con ritardo, e il buffet di antipasti non era molto vario né ben rifornito. Da segnalare inoltre che il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Due aspetti che mi sono dispiaciuti è stata che durante la consegna della chiave per la camera, non è stato indicato dal receptionist: - Come arrivare correttamente alla camera essendo una struttura abbastanza grande - modalità e luogo colazione ed eventuale ristorante o posto assegnato! - modalità e luogo S.p.A. Inoltre la mattina durante la colazione non era presente nessun cartellino sulle varie portate presenti. Pulizia ottima ed attenzione da parte dei collaboratori sempre presenti.

l'hotel è confortevole, dotato di tutti i servizi ed in ottima posizione, ma ci sarebbero molte aree di miglioramento a partire dalla pulizia delle camere, cambio asciugamani ( eravamo in 3 e lo facevano per 2, dovevamo chiamare sempre la reception o il personale addetto per farci portare quelli mancanti) e arredamento, un pò datato e poco funzionale. la colazione è buona, abbondante ma poco varia, ad es.sempre la stessa frutta fresca melone, cocomero, ananas. il personale di sala gentilissimo. splendide le piscine. non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi termali. comodo il parcheggio privato in pineta, è disponibile un saliscendi (molto molto lento) per disabili o passeggini, sarebbe utile la realizzazione di una rampa di accesso.

Nach 6 Übernachtungen in 2 getrennten Zimmern, einmal Innenhof-Seite, einmal Blick auf's Meer bleibt leider festzustellen, dass das Hotel auf den ersten Blick mehr verspricht als es halten kann. Die Lage, wenige Gehminuten vom Meer, ist sehr gut. Freies Parken in der Umgebung des Hotels ist in der Nebensaison möglich, ansonsten wird eine Tiefgarage angeboten. Der Spa-bereich ist gepflegt und bietet kostenlos Wasser. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, aber nicht mehr. Konkret zu bemängeln ist: 1. Für uns anreisende Gäste gab es - nicht mal für 2 - ein Essen im Restaurant - ausgebucht. 2.Das Bett ist sehr hart, auf Bitte wurde am nächsten Tag ein 2. Topper gebracht, der nicht viel half. 3. Die Duschkabine ist relativ eng. 4. Bei 12 Grad Außentemperatur wurde es im Zimmer nur 16 - 18 Grad warm, weil die Heizgeräte defekt waren. Im Bad gibt es keine Heizmöglichkeit. 5. Eine sehr schmutzige Toilettenbürste wurde trotz Bitte an das Housekeeping nicht ausgetauscht oder gereinigt. 6. Frühstück: täglich kaltes Rührei und kalter Schinken, viel süßes Blätterteiggebäck und Kuchen, wenig Obst. Wenn Obst, dann ganze Früchte (Mandarinen, Orangen, Äpfel, Birnen) - keine Beeren, Ananas, Melone o.ä., Aufbackbrötchen (meist schon hart), nur 1 Sorte Schnittwurst und nur 1 Sorte Schnittkäse. Kaffee: gut Wenig Umweltbewusstsein: Täglich frische Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte in kleinen Plastikverpackungen. Permanente Musikbeschallung im Haus, die auch noch im Zimmer zu hören ist..

The rooms are so bad that it is worse than a 2 star hotel that we stayed the night before. Very dimp lighting and dated, feel like its not been renovated for more than 20 years! Very bad room amenities, no hot water kettle, shampoo and soap is worse than a 2 star hotel.

La struttura immersa in una bellissima pineta marittima si affaccia a breve distanza sul mare, per cui risulta molto comoda sia per andare in spiaggia ma anche per fare una passeggiata sul lungo mare. Il letto era dotato di due cuscini per persona e di top sul materasso, il quale gli conferiva quella rigidezza che insieme al materasso e alla struttura ad elastici ben supportava il peso conferendo quella giusta rigidità per un ottimo riposo. Per concludere punto di forza è il personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente, come anche il direttore, inoltre molto apprezzato il posteggio sotto gli immensi pini marittimi che facevano scudo ai raggi del sole e in questo modo tenere le autovetture all’ombra.

Due aspetti che mi sono dispiaciuti è stata che durante la consegna della chiave per la camera, non è stato indicato dal receptionist: - Come arrivare correttamente alla camera essendo una struttura abbastanza grande - modalità e luogo colazione ed eventuale ristorante o posto assegnato! - modalità e luogo S.p.A. Inoltre la mattina durante la colazione non era presente nessun cartellino sulle varie portate presenti. Pulizia ottima ed attenzione da parte dei collaboratori sempre presenti.

I only stayed one night. I didn't get to use all the services. Dinner was quite early, so I couldn't go to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Since checkout was at 10:30 and I had a train to catch at 3:00 PM, I asked if I could stay until 2:00 PM and leave my bags, and use the common areas or leave them to go to the beach. They told me a firm no, and that I had to leave the hotel completely by 10:30 AM. That seemed a bit inflexible. And at 9:50 AM, they came knocking on my door to see if I could leave. It seems they were in a hurry to occupy it.

Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno all’Hotel Terme Marine Leopoldo II. La camera superior era eccellente, con una grande terrazza e una splendida vista sui pini e sul mare. La piscina e la colazione sono molto buone. Nach 6 Übernachtungen in 2 getrennten Zimmern, einmal Innenhof-Seite, einmal Blick auf's Meer bleibt leider festzustellen, dass das Hotel auf den ersten Blick mehr verspricht als es halten kann. Die Lage, wenige Gehminuten vom Meer, ist sehr gut. Freies Parken in der Umgebung des Hotels ist in der Nebensaison möglich, ansonsten wird eine Tiefgarage angeboten. Der Spa-bereich ist gepflegt und bietet kostenlos Wasser. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, aber nicht mehr. Konkret zu bemängeln ist: 1. Für uns anreisende Gäste gab es - nicht mal für 2 - ein Essen im Restaurant - ausgebucht. 2.Das Bett ist sehr hart, auf Bitte wurde am nächsten Tag ein 2. Topper gebracht, der nicht viel half. 3. Die Duschkabine ist relativ eng. 4. Bei 12 Grad Außentemperatur wurde es im Zimmer nur 16 - 18 Grad warm, weil die Heizgeräte defekt waren. Im Bad gibt es keine Heizmöglichkeit. 5.
