Easy to get to. Parking good, venue old world but means rooms have more space.

We stayed one night in a standard room. The room is clean and its size is reasonable. The hotel is located at a quiet street and is not far away from Lake Burley Griffin. Self parking is free but the number of free car space is very limited. There are some restaurants near the hotel but the main shopping centre is quite far away. Staff are very friendly.

Well located, reasonably priced hotel

The stay was average at best. The room was quite small, although it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The main issue was the handling of the late check-out. I had already paid for a late check-out, however when I went to leave at 12:30pm, I was told there would be an additional charge on top of what I had already paid. This was disappointing and felt unreasonable. Overall, while the basics were fine, the experience was let down by poor handling of what should have been a simple arrangement.
