Prima Hotel. Kleinste Zimmergrösse kleiner als erwartet. Aber mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Sowas ist immer gut. Frühstück wie immer bei Scandic sehr gut. Reichhaltig und Abwechslungsreich. Parkhaus ist zwar direkt erreichbar aber unfassbar teuer. Man kann es schon als Abzocke bezeichnen.

Prisvärt boende i fin miljö. Alldeles intill Nidälven och caféer, bagerier, små affärer i Bakklandet. Hotellet lockade med tillgång till parkering, vilket var en halvsanning. Parkeringen var till ordinarie pris i ett otroligt trångt parkeringshus bredvid hotellet.

We stayed at this hotel during a conference and thought it was absolutely lovely! The room and bathroom were clean. There were no issues with check-in. The breakfast was really varied and good quality. There are shops and restaurants nearby and there are great connections to the airport. The only slightly negative comment I would have is that the towels were unnecessarily changed every day despite us not leaving them on the floor as requested for change. Perhaps a bit non-eco friendly considering that was the aim for the hotel!

The place seems to have peaked out. Used to be very good. Now more moderate and they are focused on charging more than it is worth. Examples that brings the experience down: noicy room especially during night when partys are happening in nearby restaurants and bars. Cleaning of room seem to be ramdom, and they did not empty trash, glass and bottles for the whole stay, ironing room access, but iron disfunctional and dangerous due to electrical failure (partly broken) Charging 305 nok per ekstra breakfast which seems to be set to be preventive for guests to come visit people staying at the hotel. We have used this hotel repeatedly for many years. Next time we will look for another place.

My room lacked function window (opened on the lobby!) and none had independent climate control. First room was extremely stuffy, too warm and sleep was challenging with only a. down comforter in a warm stuff room. Water was at most luke warm in first room, but staff agreed to move me to a room with a window that opened to the outside; would have been near impossible to sleep otherwise. Breakfast was excellent and diverse, staff friendly, place very clean, and well situated in town centre.

Hyggelig hotell sentralt plassert på Bakklandet. Hyggelig betjening, god frokost. Det trådløse nettet opplevde jeg som svært ustabilt fra mitt rom(stort sett fungerte det ikke, eller var fryktelig tregt), noe som gjorde det vanskelig å få jobbet fra hotellrommet. Men siden den største delen av oppholdet var privat var ikke dette kritisk for min del. Hadde oppholdet vært primært jobbreise ville det ha vært et problem.

Hyggelig hotell sentralt plassert på Bakklandet. Hyggelig betjening, god frokost. Når jeg kom var den ene resepsjonisten i telefon og den andre som så meg komme prioriterte å ta telefonen foran meg. Jeg måtte stå der lenge å vente på att bedde to skulle bli ferdig i telefon. Syns det var utrolig dårlig prioritert og ikke greit når man kommer å skall sjekke inn. I tillegg fikk jeg et for så vidt fint rom men med vindu ut mot frokostsalen og våknet da selvfølgelig når personalen begynte å sette opp frokosten. Bare masse bråk med bestikk og tallerkenen. Dårlig opphold for meg som reiser, kommer ikke til å bo der igjen.

Parkeringshuset var usedvanlig trangt. Ved frokosten var det vanskelig å finne en god plass for å sitte ned og spise. Personalet var hjelpsomme, men noen av dem virket ikke være helt oppdatert på småting, (resepsjonen).

A great location in the centre of Trondheim, with the airport bus-stop right outside the entrance. I had a lovely room overlooking the river. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Trondheim, with an amazing breakfast buffet. Room was clean, spacious and very warm. This will be my go-to for future business trips.

Frukostäggen var nog en ny person på jobbet som kokat. Lösa ägg iskalla och totalt råa kanske 1 min. Hårdkokta superlöskokta vitan rann. Borde inte vara så svårt. Annars bra frukost

Convenient location & wonderful breakfast. Only issue was the elevator in the area where taxis drop off was not working so we had to climb stairs with suitcases to get to the lobby.
