Modernes Hotel in toller Lage direkt am Yachthafen. In die Stadt ist es nicht weit und man ist in ca. 2km an der Nidaros-Kathedrale oder kann nach 1,2km nach Munkholmen übersetzen. Ein großes Schwimmbad ist direkt daneben gelegen, kostet aber natürlich separat. Direkt neben dem Hotel legen Kreuzfahrtschiffe an (Mein Schiff). Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und auch das Bad entsprach eher einem besseren Standard auf unserer Norwegen-Reise. Das Frühstück hatte einen gehobenen Standard in jeglicher Hinsicht und hob sich vom Scandic-Niveau positiv ab. Parken in der Tiefgarage (gehört nicht zum Hotel, aber man kann von dort den Aufzug nehmen) kostet teure 320 KR pro Tag, aber öffentliches Parken ist nicht günstiger.

Et veldig flott hotell med nydelig utsikt og hyggelige ansatte. Frokosten var helt fantastisk. Rommene var rene og pene. Eneste minuset er at jeg synes det var litt for høy musikk i skybaren i 9. Etasje, det gikk ikke an å snakke normalt til hverandre. Men ellers var hwle opph8ldet helt fantastisk! :)

The property is a standard convention centre hotel. The problem was the car charging facility. Plenty of chargers but as a UK resident, with a UK bank account and phone number the chargers would not work for the car. Nor would the 100 or so at the station! The staff were aware of this (remember this is a convention centre hotel) but anyone coming to a convention would have to leave the extortionately expensive car park to sit in another car park for an hour or so to charge the car! Norway encourages tourists to hire an electric car. This hotel should make it easy to charge one!

Lite, men fint rom. Kun en stol - upraktisk når man er to. Dusj uten dør/forheng, blir fort vått badegulv. Flott skybar, med utsikt over fjorden! Veldig fin lobbybar / restaurant - men denne var stengt under mitt opphold. Det trekker litt ned. Alt i alt et meget fint hotell.

When you have a view over the fjord, it’s amazing. The breakfast was all so fantastic. The room was not clean ( trash and hair in the bin from previeus guest) and the board of the bed was damaged ( fabric was comming off) It is close to the train station en citycentre. The rooftop terrace was also great

Gledet oss til 3 dagers opphold og hadde bestilt Superior dobbeltrom. Det var slettes ikke noe superior over det rommet i åttende etasje. Utdatert TV uten casting muligheter. Nedslitt og skittent. Senga var lav og max 160cm bred. Ingen luftemuligheter. Ingenting å sitte på. Uttrykte vår skuffelse til resepsjonen men til ingen nytte. Hodegavelen var også ødelagt og ikke veldig innbydende. Manglende renhold var det også på møblene i frokostsalen. Gamle matrester på bordbeina som burde vært fjernet for lenge siden.

Rommet bar preg av slitasje. Sengegavlen «flasset» lær ned i hodeenden av sengen. Det var ikke tilstrekkelig rengjort. Masse støv, tyggis og gjenglemte paracet under sengen. Fugene i og rundt dusjen hadde ikke fått seg en rens på en stund. Ellers var sengene gode og standarden ellers god. God frokost og hyggelig personale. Alt i alt en god opplevelse.

Dårlig renhold i tre døgn/fire netter. Hver dag var jeg nødt å si fra om nye håndklær, tømming av søppel, fjerning av oppvask... og etter den ene dagen når de etter hvert kom og tørket av gulvet var det så vått at jeg var nødt å bruke håndklær for å tørke opp.

Fantastisk opphold, men doen var ikke vasket og hadde inntørket urin på hele kanten. Vi gav beskjed til resepsjonen som lovet å fikse dette i løpet av de timene vi var ute å spiste. Dette var alikevel ikke ordnet når vi kom tilbake, og vi måtte vaske dette selv.

Fine rom, rent og pent, gode senger, fin utsikt, veldig god frokost med mye utvalg. Men å sover +22 grader er ikke spesielt behagelig. Selv med null grader utendørs og vindu «åpent» var det fortsatt for varmt i rommet om natten. Eneste mulighet for innstilling var å sette -3 grader på baderoms regulator. Gjorde ikke merkbar forskjell på problemet.

The was the best breakfast we had in Norway. The variety and quality was excellent!! The receptionist, Emilie was amazing! Our luggage was delayed and she was so helpful trying to get the luggage to us! We would stay here again and highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but unfortunately when we checked in we were charged again for a room that we’d already paid for. We were given a refund but the amount we received was less than what we paid (maybe because of currency exchange rates) so we ended up losing £10 due to an error by the hotel, which was very disappointing.

Totally relaxing. My only problem was at checkin where both the 1st and 2nd rooms both had the room safes locked Sorted out by the friendly receptionist. Thank you 2 her for her efficiency.

The front desk staff was amazing - accommodated luggage storage and early check in, took the time to make individualized dinner recommendations, and provided access to the gym and sauna accross the way. The hotel is also beautiful, clean, modern and well located. Would stay here any time I'm in Trondheim.

Poor service for such an expensive hotel: key cards for room did not work, hairdryer stops after 1 minute because of ‘overheating’, booking a table for dinner impossible because of ‘first come first serve ‘ policy. Only positive: great breakfast.

Otroligt snålt att man ska behöva betala 100 kr per timme för tidigare incheck, före kl 15 00 när det finns lediga rum... Jag hade bråttom och fick lov att betala. Ena tjejen i receptionen var väldigt snorkig och smått otrevlig.

Likes: + Location: 8 min walk from the central station, also within walking distance of several nice restaurants, shopping malls, and main attractions. + Breakfast Buffet: Healthy, hearty, and diverse to address all tastes. Dislikes: - Check-in receptionist: Unlike most of the very friendly professional staff, it was a very unpleasant experience having to deal with that receptionist. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Anyway, I highly recommend using the self check-in station for a more dignifying experience! - Room: Narrow, poorly lit, with towels' hangers inconveniently placed near the floor and immediately above the toilet seat (but now hangers behind the toilet door for exsmple!). Also, the AC heating is limited to only 3 degrees above the auto temperature (so, pack heavy winter PJs!).

Besökte Trondheim under en pågående värmebölja, och valde detta hotell för att det fanns luftkonditionering. Rummet var svalt och skönt hela vistelsen. Dock hördes det basljud utifrån, som visade sig komma från hotellets egen bar på nionde våningen (mitt rum låg på tredje våningen), men det upphörde när baren stängde. Läget i hamnen är lite ocentralt, men det är inte så långt att gå in till stan. Frukosten var väldigt god och hade stort utbud, men en väldigt stökig dukning av buffén. Saker som hörde ihop stod på helt olika bord, så man fick springa och leta efter allting. Även diskhantering i direkt anslutning till matsalen drog upp ljudvolymen ytterligare.

Topp service! Vi fikk gratis oppgradering av rommet og samtidig tidlig innsjekk da vi ankom tidligere enn planlagt. God beliggenhet med Rockheim og Pirbadet som nærmeste nabo. Rema-butikk rett utenfor. Frokosten var fantastisk! Den inneholdt alt vi ønsket, og mer! Behagelig atmosfære og stemning i hele hotellet. Rent og fint rom! Litt slitt sengegavl på rommet og skitne vinduer innvendig i gangen i 7. etg er det eneste vi evt. har kunnet pirke på. Alt i alt et flott hotell vi gleder oss til å komme tilbake til!

Super udsigt fra værelse. Lyset på værelset blinkede meget (løs forbindelse) og det blev ikke fixet de 4 dage vi var her. Manglende æg/bacon ved morgenmad - men ellers utroligt lækkert.

Gikk ikke an å justerere temperatur på bad til ønsket verdi, kun +3 fra grunninnstilling. Ubehagelig med så kaldt bad. Ingen bacon til frokost trekker ned, måtte spørre om det, og da fikk jeg en liten skål fra kjøkkenet.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the hotel to have easy access to the train station and all the local sights. All staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable and clean. Can highly recommend

Ok room. The bed was not comfortable - too soft. No bars open on a Saturday late afternoon. Public parking garage with direct elevator access to the hotel lobby. Great breakfast which compensated for the bed. Will stay again.
