Staff is polite, room is tidy

We stayed in the Legend Suite as it was the only large room available for our last-minute stay (the Family Room was fully booked). The room was spacious, clean and neat. The shower water pressure was excellent. We chose this hotel because it offers an EV charging station, which is very important to us as we are driving an EV. However, both TV channel (2 TVs in the room) coverage is extremely poor. Not a single channel was watchable, making our nights in the room very frustrating due to the lack of entertainment. This issue was also mentioned in my previous review, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and with proper improvement to the TV channels, this hotel would be very close to being perfect.

We stayed in the junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was — two king-size beds at a very affordable price. Overall, it was a satisfying stay for a 3-star hotel. There are few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience: 1. The mattresses were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. 2. Some of the furniture is a little dated — a refresh would go a long way. 3. The TV channel selection and reception were quite limited. 4. The telephone in our room wasn’t working, so we had to go to the reception for assistance. Despite these minor issues, the service and staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and responsive. Wishing Legend Inn continued success and hope to see some improvements on our next visit!
