Super sejour! Gym incroyable!! Fuite dans la douche

Très bon séjour je dirai même excellent. L'hôtel est magnifique autant à l'extérieur que dans la chambre. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le service est parfait et les plats du room services sont variés. Les différents restaurants et cafés sont abordables. La piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment cool. Pour les gym rat je recommande vivement la salle!

Very disappointed with the hotel. Constant irritations one after another: waiting for check-in, then room access card not working, about to take shower only to realize there are zero towels available (had to go out and request towels from housekeeping), then getting feet wet due to leaking bidet hose, and cherry on top lights not working in the morning due to electrical power issues (due to storm). Better to check other newer or better maintained hotels. Plenty to choose from out there.

The room was spacious, breakfast restaurant had a wide variety with live egg/omelette station. The swimming pool and bar section is great for westerners with Live music / DJ and sports screenings. The kids games area is also a great area to keep kids entertained. Parking is free and the hotel is located close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. International multilingual staff provide great service. The museum located inside the hotel was closed.
