We had a great stay here and wished we would’ve stayed here earlier in our trip and for longer. Best hotel we’ve stay at over our 2 week European vacation. The hotel is in a great location, steps away for the tube entrance. Close to Buckingham palace and westminister. The hotel is quite nice and has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. We had a drink at hedgerow as well as food and drinks at blue boar and both were excellent. We stayed in the King executive with lounge access, it was nice with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. Had everything you needed. The staff here are really what stole the show. Everyone was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We accidentally booked an accessible room and didn’t realize until we got to our room. Andrew at check in was super helpful and got us in to a different room right away. By the time we got back to our room to move our stuff over, hotel staff had left us a gift for staying with them. The executive lounge is definitely worth it. Self serve bar and the food was delicious. Fabio in the executive lounge was amazing. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and they state that they offer many services such as turn down etc. This was one of the few places that follow through with that probably without you having to ask.

Conveniently located and incredibly comfortable beds. On site dining options and workout room were convenient as well. We had some uneven service—turndown service that took used towels and didn’t replace them, missed items on room service orders, and slow response to request for an extra pillow. My impression. Was that they may be understaffed—the staff we did deal with were very helpful and responsive. Tea room appeared under renovation and lightly staffed but the selection was excellent.

Well situated hotel with multiple metro options within walking distance. Easy walk to Victoria business district for dining, shopping and theater or walk to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. Close to tourist destinations but hotel itself is quiet, lively bar and an excellent executive lounge. Friendly and helpful staff - Highly recommend!

The executive suite room was great -- with lounge access --which was great . We did eat in the Blue Boar pub which is part of the same group --food was excellent but food service in the pub was poor . Service in the hotel and lounge was excellent however .

We loved the Conrad - location is incredible for Windsor, Big Ben, st James park, amazing restaurants and the tube stop across the street. The Lounge is a MUST - game changer for the trip!! The staff was exceptional!

The service was generally outstanding. The room was spacious and well appointed. Easy access to St James Park Underground Tube/Subway station which was literally across the road. Victoria Railway Station (hub for Gatwick express trains from Gatwick airport) was a 15 min walk away. Very good breakfast - high end. In house pub - also high end. In house fine dining restaurant. Will stay there again for sure

Overall our stay was excellent. Lovely welcome, we did upgrade to a beautiful room. If I was to nit pick:- Breakfast - the plates are cold and therefore hot food cooled rapidly especially scrambled egg. Staff are lovely but sadly forgot to bring my toast and coffee. Apologies accepted but it shouldn’t have happened. Secondly upgrade led to the use of the Executive lounge which allegedly is open until 11pm Two evenings on return from the theatre around ten pm we were unable to obtain a coffee or tea as the machine was being cleaned and no staff appeared to be around. Not major problem but again not what was expected of the Conrad. Overall we were still very happy to have stayed at the Conrad and look forward to our next visit.

Stayed 4 nights last four nights. The hotel is in a great spot. Walkable to Buckingham Palace and Many other sites. Hotel is spotless . Best part is the entire staff , everyone not just a few were amazing. Two couples and all 4 of us had similar praises.

This hotel was a perfect location to all the main tourist sites of London. Would have rated “excellent” for all above categories except for one little issue that was mind boggling- the glasses that were given to us as a welcome drink were never removed from our room. Eventually wee even placed them outside our door - & yet there they remained for several days.

I had issues with the water drain in the bathroom it was constantly clogged and overflowing the bathroom with water everywhere. I complained and a technician came 2 and the issue was never resolved. Therefore, nothing was ever done to mediate the issue. Also, I had to call security in of the nights because the cleaning crew left my room door open the entire day, it was only till I got back to the hotel room at night did I see the room door open. Security did come to speak to me but that was all. Comforters had holes and stains on them. Worst experience ever.

Wonderful hotel!! Outstanding service from every staff member I interacted with. Elegantly designed spacious room and bathroom. Loved the rain shower feature. Hotel was good, check in excellent , room nice (apart from my twin bed which felt loose and unstable) and restaurant food very good . Wi-Fi was a real problem though and I could not join scheduled business calls compounded by phone signal around the hotel being poor too. It may have been a feature of my room but somebody in the next room talked loudly until 2 am and it was very audible into my room. Shame as it’s a lovely hotel with good service

I was on the fourth floor, not by the elevator, yet every 5-10 min the whole room rumbled like a very heavy lorry drove by at high speed. It was very disturbing and woke me several times.

The in-room amenities were phenomenal. From the bed being insanely comfy to the American plus outlets and hospitality, this hotel is a must. Literally across the street from the underground and a Starbucks on another corner across from the hotel.

The room although quite small was possibly one of the most comphy I've stayed in London. It was Cleam tidy with complimentary water tea and coffee. Lovely bath tub and walk in shower. Vanity pack nice linenm bed sheets and duvet stunning quality. It was a real pleasure. Only one thing I was unsure of was the way we were greeted. It almost felt as if we were possibly in the wrong place. We're polite, quiet and well dressed all be it casually but this is 2023 and not everyone wears a suit. nowdays.

It started the day before my trip they couldn’t find my reservation. Eventually they found it. I then asked to check in early by 2 hours. They then said I would have to pay for an additional full night. I paid it. When I got to the hotel again they couldn’t find my reservation. They then had ne checking out on the same day. The administration is in total disarray. They then had a system fault that lost all the keys. Chaos. Never again.

Absolutely amazing service from check-in to check-out!! The staff knew it was our anniversary and we received an upgrade to a Suite room and executive lounge access... the hotel, as always, was superbly clean, welcoming and nothing was a problem! I recommend The Conrad always as my top/preferred hotel in London. Thank you again for another fantastic stay and making our occasion memorable. Will be back soon from a business and personal perspective!

The staff knew it was our anniversary and we received an upgrade to a Suite room and executive lounge access... the hotel, as always, was superbly clean, welcoming and nothing was a problem! I recommend The Conrad always as my top/preferred hotel in London. Thank you again for another fantastic stay and making our occasion memorable. The entire staff at Conrad were wonderful. In particular, the guest services manager, Maria, made our daughter’s entire trip special with her kindness. From the moment we arrived after a long flight, the Conrad made our family feel at home. We will certainly be back in the future.

Loved our stay at the Conrad London St. James. This was easily our favorite hotel on our recent trip to Europe. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was outstanding in helping us to enjoy our stay and get around. The room and breakfast were outstanding. Location is perfect to walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster and the Thames.

This is a terrific hotel. great service, friendly, nicely decorated and relatively updated. Elegant rooms. Across street from St. James Underground station and 5' walk to Westminister Abbey and 1.5 blocks from St. James park. Only negative is Wifi went out on our floor for two days. Offered to put us on another floor but didn't want the hassle of packing and unpacking. They allowed access to business lounge for one night in compensation and took a bit off one nights bill. Wish they offered similar rates on their hotel website to the much better rate I got on Expedia, as I prefer to always book directly. Would definitely stay here again.

Well situated hotel with multiple metro options within walking distance. Easy walk to Victoria business district for dining, shopping and theater or walk to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. Close to tourist destinations but hotel itself is quiet, lively bar and an excellent executive lounge. We loved the Conrad - location is incredible for Windsor, Big Ben, st James park, amazing restaurants and the tube stop across the street. The Lounge is a MUST - game changer for the trip!! The staff was exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad St James. We had adjoining rooms which were provided plenty of space for our family (kids aged 12 and 15). The service was exceptional - consistently above and beyond. The rooms are well appointed with everything we needed. The location is a hidden gem - away from the hustle and bustle (and tackiness) of Soho and surrounds, but still central (some key attractions are very close) with a tube station directly over the road, a Pret next door for breakfast and a couple of decent pubs within throwing distance of the hotel. As some other reviews say the mobile signal is relatively weak, but it was sufficient for making calls and the hotel has free fast wifi for data. Like most hotels in London it is not cheap, but in our view offers exceptional value for money and is now our go-to hotel in London.

A lovely hotel well situated next to St James Park underground and walkable to most venues. A lovely breakfast was included. The staff and amenities were excellent. Although I personally did not like the food available in the pub in the evening, it was easy to find other options close by.

Victoria Railway Station (hub for Gatwick express trains from Gatwick airport) was a 15 min walk away. Very good breakfast - high end. In house pub - also high end. In house fine dining restaurant. Overall our stay was excellent. Lovely welcome, we did upgrade to a beautiful room. If I was to nit pick:- Breakfast - the plates are cold and therefore hot food cooled rapidly especially scrambled egg. Staff are lovely but sadly forgot to bring my toast and coffee. Apologies accepted but it shouldn’t have happened. Secondly upgrade led to the use of the Executive lounge which allegedly is open until 11pm Two evenings on return from the theatre around ten pm we were unable to obtain a coffee or tea as the machine was being cleaned and no staff appeared to be around. Not major problem but again not what was expected of the Conrad. Overall we were still very happy to have stayed at the Conrad and look forward to our next visit.

Conrad St James is just an excellent hotel in every way possible: the doorman, reception, dining staff, and housekeeping. Breakfast was busier on the weekend and we had to wait longer for service, but that was literally the only negative. The dining options were great, as was the coffee and food.

Loved everything about hotel and our time there. One thing to improve is a basic cooking technique in the pub. Seasoning the fish prior to battering it will make it great. It was so bland. I own a restaurant in the US and our fish n chips are better.

I loved this hotel! The location, the cleanliness, the service (expecially concierge Andrew and our room maid were terrific), the A/C - all great. I wish there were a electric outlet in the bathroom so we could blow dry our hair in the bathroom - there is NO outlet except for the outlet for a shaver. There was nowhere to blow dry my hair except over the coffee machine. Also, the bathroom is a bit dark. All else was excellent.
