Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort

Отдыхали в SENTIDO неделю семьёй 2+2 в семейном номере с видом на бассейн, на втором этаже (как выяснилось это был лучший вариант комнаты). Номер был рядом с ресепшен и аквапарком и соответсвенно в отдалённости от моря. Территория гостиницы огромная (SENTIDO + BEACH) и путь от номера к морю занимает минут 10-15 и в 40-градусную жару это ещё то удовольствие, благо каждые несколько минут курсирует автобус от аквапарка до моря и обратно и это очень удобно. В самом номере 2 комнаты и балкон с видом на бассейн, душ и 2 раковины. Номер не в самом лучшем техническом состоянии - на полу двигается керамика, сливной бачок неисправен, затычка для раковины работает только на закрытие. Персонал очень приятный, старается и пытается угодить клиетну и его потребностям, но не всегда получается (сломаная кнопка слива унитаза так и пролежала неделю на полу). Еда отличная - ожидали худшего и были приятно удивлены. Территория зелёная и ухоженная и вообще атмосфера замечательная. Море, караллы и пляж шикарные. Анимация приятная, много с ними общались и долго прощались :) Всем привет - приедем ещё!

TL;DR - One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. Pros: Great service, staff are polite, nice, smile and make you feel like a VIP as soon as you get in (heads up for blue bar guys Medhat and Beshoy!) Food is fresh and excellelnt, a lot of variety and restaurants to choose from. Always a lot of place inside. Hotel is huge, but yet extremely clean and organized, with a great shuttle from the Sentido entrance to the beach all day long. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots I’ve ever visited, and I am one who snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef. Gym is great too, with a nice guy who make sure you stay hydrated during your training. Cons: Sentido pools are warm, and even hot. It is great for the kids but for adults its pretty tough. We personally preferred going to other pools in the resort. No shade all around the hotel - it gets extremely hot in summer, and the resort is huge! All the pedestrian walks are without shade at all, make it almost impossible to walk around at daytime. AquaPark operation hour’s doesn’t make sense - 10-12, 14-17. While the best time to be in the pools are after 17 when its breezy. I don’t get it.

Esperienza assolutamente consigliata. Un appunto solo sulla pulizia che non è impeccabile, ma accettabile e sull'assenza di indicazioni per raggiungere i vari bar, ristoranti, piscine eccetera che sarebbero utili per chi non ama orientarsi sempre con una mappa in mano o per chi preferisce camminare anziché farsi trasportare da un golf car. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile ovunque. Animazione italiana da 10 e lode.

Bellissima esperienza! Tutto perfetto, ben organizzati è molto pulito. Super complimenti ad Antonio, il ragazzo del bar in spiaggia che con il sorriso da acqua fresca a tutti e fa dei buonissimi drink!

Service: top service everywhere. Bartenders at the blue bar, waiters at every restaurant and even the bartender at the beach bar, all were eagerly providing your drinks and snacks, and sometimes a refreshing fruit plate. Room: clean and tidy. With the shuttle bus running on the main road, easily reach the beach and anywhere. Mosquitoes are the main problem (surprisingly many in the end of Dec.) Beach: best location in Sharm. Facing south, sunshine almost the whole day.Sandy beach with scattered small corals in the water. Perfect for the curious children and people who are not able to swim. 1 meter deep water allows anyone to be able to explore almost the whole beach coral at the low tide (usually also clear water). Scuba diving senter has top coaches (we took OW licences here). But must say, sadly the coral reef has died a lot (and probably will lose all of them in the near future). Food: this is a big downfall although I like this hotel very much. Not much variety, not so tasty (don't if it's because of a lot of Italian guests, so almost no salt in any food.). Seafoods are terrible (sorry for this word). No edible fishes. Grilled calamari rings were raw. One day the seafood was fresh but the 2nd day not fresh. Red and white wines provided at the dinners are not good. Christmas dinner were not so special than evry day. I don't understand why so many people said that the food was good here (looking at my comments on other hotel i never criticised on food)

Excellent service, Good dining food variety

Everything was great except fir 2 little flaws: first of all when i arrived they didnt see the booking at the reception and i had to show them several times the receipt and reservation. Second, one day when i returned to the room the door was wide open. I did nit lravr it that way and besides there was a keycard inside which would be the 3rd card, and i only had 2, so it proves it wasnt me who opened and left it that was

Las instalaciones en general no están mal, pero el personal de hotel es terrible. Literal no tienen ni tantito ganas de ayudarte en absolutamente nada. Te dejan hablando , nunca te atienden
