Great location and a reasonable midlevel price = value. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to Old Town which where I needed to be for this trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Also there was parking which is really rare in Old Town. So we could leave our car and walk everywhere we needed to be. I would stay again for sure.

I wasn’t even welcomed when I arrived and didn’t feel myself welcome at all. Electrical outlets were horrible at the room. Pool was really nice and location was great.

Yes, but the last two days the cleaning staff didn’t come and clean our room. My husband had to ask the 1st floor clerks for clean towels that we needed. We were pleased with our room.

This hotel is a hidden gem!!! The staff were amazing, so friendly and accomodating. The cleaning staff was also very prompt, available during a large cleaning time period. The rooms were very clean and big for the price point with a balcony that had a sink for rinsing sandy clothing or cleaning shoes. The restaurant had a decent list of delicious foods. I recommend the Fried ride with chicken and shrimp or they have the BEST chicken soup!!! The pool was clean and deep enough to dive and swim laps. But the Best thing was the gym attached to the hotel was massive with any peice of equipment you need. Aaand it had a full size Muay thai boxing gym with a ring and 4 full body punching bags. I highly recommend this hotel 12 out of 10 stars!!!
