Un séjour en famille. Qui était bien dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est beau bien entretenu le seul bémol, la nourriture, pas très variés, service qui manque de professionnalisme et de sourire, servi très lent, alors qu’on est pas une pleine saison, un grand regret pour le kid’s club, Akin, animatrice qui n’a pas envie de travailler, qui n’a pas de bon contact avec les enfants et qui fait la tête, tout le temps des heures d’ouverture deux heures le matin et doit trois heures. L’après-midi. Ça se ferme à 6h en plus de tout ça. Souvent c’est fermé sans prévenir que ce soit des enfants étaient désenchantés et déçus les animations du soir sympathique mais ça manque de professionnalisme, pas d’animateur approprié pour gérer la soirée. En tous les cas j’ai vu beaucoup mieux pour 5 étoile.

First, the positives from our stay at Cleopatra. We loved the buffet restaurant. The gardens were beautiful. The spa and pools were excellent. Now the negatives. We were looking forward to a pleasant post travel recovery from 6000 miles and six time zones. We specifically requested a quiet room. Upon arrival, however, they upgraded us to another room just steps away from the beach. The following night at 8:00 p.m. an extremely loud sound system started to play music for a pop-up beach party just outside our room, and bright beams of flashing lights lit up the night sky. Low bass frequencies began thumping through and shaking the walls of our room. We complained to guest relations, the concierge and the front desk to no avail. They offered a different room, but this would have been the equivalent of having a flight attendant move you from business class to economy instead of telling a person talking loudly next to you on a plane to be quiet. The booming, blaring music lasted until the party concluded with a fireworks display at 11:30 p.m. The following day we asked that our room not be cleaned so we could rest and recover peacefully, but they entered our room to clean it anyway. We asked them not to call the room, but they called anyway. We want potential future guests to know that Cleopatra Hotel is not for serene relaxation. A good night's sleep is not guaranteed. Cleopatra Hotel is a party venue.

We asked to be as close as possible to the reception and got a room that was at the very end of the resort, which required at least 15 minute walk every time we wanted to dine or use the amenities. The toilet was leaking, and a strong sewage smell was in the room. We had to go to the reception 3 times because our keys got deactivated over and over again. Talking with the manager brought no results at all besides saying sorry. It was overall very disappointing.
