We were in A6 in this building of about 10 units. It was spacious and bright, clean and airy. The balcony is a good size and has a lovely view over rooves and among buildings, and the rooftop of the building has a large space for everyone to use with plenty of tables and chairs and a spectacular view of the town and even to the ocean. There were only two small omissions: no coffee pot/maker and no washcloths/facecloths. Very minor things. I highly recommend this building. I'm sure all the units are as lovely as ours was.

WOW! What a fabulous place! Location: perfect, in the middle of the Old Town, close to the ferry (10min walk) and to plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars. The building was completely and tastefully renovated - it's beautiful! My room also had a balcony with a seaview - WOW! Loved it! Comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom, and a kitchenette with 2 burners, coffee machine, juicer, and fridge. And a rooftop - with comfortable seating and a view that never ends over the port, the sea, and several islands! And to top it, both Nikos and the cleaning lady were so friendly and welcoming! I LOVED IT!

Superb property, management, and location! The studio was well appointed with all needed resources. Location was excellent for a walk to the chora or down to the port, shops, and dining spots. Nikos was SO helpful, picking me up at the airport and dropping me at the door, and assisting with my heavy bag. Beautiful rooftop seating area also. My online communication with Nikos in advance of the stay was so helpful. I. would love to have stayed longer.

The studio was much nicer than the photos, like a small apartment in a really nice building, with a huge deck overlooking the sea. We only had one night in between ferries but I wish we had more time. The kitchen had everything you could need and the studio was sparkling clean. It was a short 8 minute walk to the ferry and in the midst of tons of shops and restaurants. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The owner/manager was sweet and helpful and made sure everything was ok

Our room was perfect. The balcony is a good size . The room was nice and clean and spacious . They even have a bottle of water in room for you and the gentlemen at the front desk is so helpful and kind . I would absolutely recommend this place .

Wonderful property and the kindest host. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend over and over. We went in off season and had 5 people, the host upgraded us to having 2 rooms so we would have more space with no charge. What a gift. Book this place. Super clean and comfortable

This property was in a great location to explore the old town area while still be walkable to dining and vehicle rental options. The apartment was freshly cleaned when we arrived and was cleaned including mopping every day when we returned.

Well maintained modern studios close walking distance to the centre town and strip of shops and retailers. Supermarket close by. A bit of a climb with heavy suitcases but a breeze traveling downhill. The free filtered water it welcomed. Every hotel should have one..

Ottima esperienza, il proprietario gentilissimo, attento e disponibile! Struttura in zona ottima e centrale. Bagno pulito e dotata di tutti gli accessori. Nella verandina c’erano anche i fili per stendere il bucato. Consigliatissimo!

Wonderful property and the kindest host. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend over and over. We went in off season and had 5 people, the host upgraded us to having 2 rooms so we would have more space with no charge. What a gift. Book this place. Super clean and comfortable

This property was in a great location to explore the old town area while still be walkable to dining and vehicle rental options. The apartment was freshly cleaned when we arrived and was cleaned including mopping every day when we returned.

WOW! What a fabulous place! Location: perfect, in the middle of the Old Town, close to the ferry (10min walk) and to plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars. The building was completely and tastefully renovated - it's beautiful! My room also had a balcony with a seaview - WOW! Loved it! Comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom, and a kitchenette with 2 burners, coffee machine, juicer, and fridge. And a rooftop - with comfortable seating and a view that never ends over the port, the sea, and several islands! And to top it, both Nikos and the cleaning lady were so friendly and welcoming! I LOVED IT!

Centre of town makes a perfect location. The room was absolutely perfect and we loved it, wish we could stay longer. Very homely.

Superb property, management, and location! The studio was well appointed with all needed resources. Location was excellent for a walk to the chora or down to the port, shops, and dining spots. Nikos was SO helpful, picking me up at the airport and dropping me at the door, and assisting with my heavy bag. Beautiful rooftop seating area also. My online communication with Nikos in advance of the stay was so helpful. I. would love to have stayed longer.

Staying at Nikos Verikokos Studios was easily the highlight of our time in Naxos. We booked the top suite, and it felt like having our own private world suspended above the port — a balcony completely to ourselves, with a panoramic view that shifted beautifully from sunrise calm to the golden glow of the evening ferries gliding in. The suite itself was spotless, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner felt intentional — from the crisp white bedroom with its coastal artwork, to the open wardrobe and rustic desk that made the space feel both modern and warmly Greek. The outdoor areas were the real magic. We had multiple terraces to enjoy: one with a jacuzzi tucked into a quiet corner, another with a shaded pergola perfect for morning coffee, and a balcony overlooking the sea where we spent long evenings watching the Blue Star ferry glide in. The furniture was comfortable, the atmosphere peaceful, and the views unforgettable. In short: Nikos Verikokos Studios delivered one of the best stays we’ve ever had — stunning views, beautiful spaces, total privacy, and that unmistakable Naxos charm. A perfect blend of comfort and island magic.

Bra beliggenhet med nærhet til alt, men allikevel nok tilbaketrukket slik at det er stille og rolig på takterrassen. Flott utsikt. Hyggelig personale. Kjøkken med masse utstyr og to kokeplater hvis du foretrekker å lage maten selv. Rent og pent. Anbefales.

Clean and spacious rooms, very nice bathroom, nice balcony view over Naxos. The staff are excellent—responsive and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short walk to excellent local restaurants. Would stay again!

L’accueil par le propriétaire est sympathique. L’établissement paraît reparti sur deux bâtiments, le principal et une maison un peu plus bas. Nous avions une chambre bien aménagée et très propre disposant d’une petite terrasse. La vue sur le port et la ville depuis le toit terrasse est superbe. Le propriétaire nous a conduit à l’aéroport sans nous facturer le transfert 👍, ce qui est un élément à prendre en compte dans le prix global de la chambre. À titre personnel, et pour un plus long séjour, je pense qu’un hôtel en bord de mer est préférable mais pour une escale d’une ou deux nuit, c’est parfait.
