Having checked the pictures , the hotel looked ideal just for 2 nights, modern , clean , facilities and free parking with a 2 minute walk to Brentwood Elizabeth Line Station. Great I thought. The hotel staff were friendly and kindly let me book in 15 minutes early otherwise I couldn't book in until 2330 after work. I was on the first floor room number 2. Quickly put my stuff there and rushed off to work. When I returned after being in there for more than 5 minutes the smell was horrible, from the dirty stained, worn carpet, to the point I felt sick. I thought I would go to relax in the lobby loung area , but it was locked. The bed was uncomfortable, and I was in the room above reception so was woken nice and early by the noise. One positive is the lovely bacon smell from the breakfast covered the room smell 😊 As you can see from my pictures this isn't what is advertised on hotels.com, I had to check out and book into the Premier Inn the next morning. Upon checking out, I was offered to speak to the manager and shown another room, I declined and said why wasn't I offered this in the first place. I am extremely disappointed, I thought it would be lovely to support smaller hotels, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially when your paying the same price as a Premier Inn!

My friend and I were accommodated in 2 double rooms either side of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Everything was protected by a pass key. The only time we've stayed in this sort of accommodation was a few years ago in Lanzarote so we really appreciated having the extra space.

Great little find, a short walk from Brentwood centre. We had a compact room, but had everything we required. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Situated in a quiet side street, ample parking available at property. Easily surpassed our expectations based on the bargain price.

Perfectly adequate room, clean and tidy. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Literally 2 mins from Brentwood tube. (Elizabeth Line) Half the price of the premier inn and plenty of parking so yes would recommend.

The place was very clean and tidy. The staff were so polite and very helpful with all your questions and next morning breakfast was freshly cooked. The price was more than what you would pay for a large breakfast at weatherspoons but the quality of the food is what sets it apart from the rest. The products they used which was absolutely delicious. Thank you

First room had no heating or hot water and had an odour, and this was sold to us as an upgrade. We are in our sixties and it was on the top floir wirh stairs. Shower was a showwr head from the taps with no holder. Second room was alao on the top floor, again with no heating. Staff were helpful and pilite but did nor fix it. Shower was under a sloping roof over the bath, not very accessible. Would not stay again.

Room 12 is right by yhe front door. The noise from people going in and out was horrendous until quite late. The worst was yhe £9.00 vegetarian breakfast. Beans, two eggs, a tinned tomato and toast.

Amazing stay! I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff are wonderful - super friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and the rooms are large and spacious. Perfect stay!

Excellent staff! It was so easy to check-in and we had no problems. You can purchase breakfast at a low price and it was great value. The location cannot be beat as it's very close to the rail station. There are so many restaurants, pubs and stores within easy walking distance.

Perfectly adequate room, clean and tidy. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Literally 2 mins from Brentwood tube. (Elizabeth Line) Half the price of the premier inn and plenty of parking so yes would recommend.

Great little find, a short walk from Brentwood centre. We had a compact room, but had everything we required. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Situated in a quiet side street, ample parking available at property. Easily surpassed our expectations based on the bargain price.

Very clean, check in receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking and literally 1 minute to the tube station. Thoroughly recommend.

Room 12 is right by yhe front door. The noise from people going in and out was horrendous until quite late. The worst was yhe £9.00 vegetarian breakfast. Beans, two eggs, a tinned tomato and toast.

The place was very clean and tidy. The staff were so polite and very helpful with all your questions and next morning breakfast was freshly cooked. The price was more than what you would pay for a large breakfast at weatherspoons but the quality of the food is what sets it apart from the rest. The products they used which was absolutely delicious. Thank you

Handy for a trip into the centre of London using the Elizabeth Line. We needed overnight parking and a bed for the night so this hotel was ideal. Thanks.

The whole experience was excellent, we had a first floor room, but the member of staff decided to up grade us to an apartment over the road at no extra cost because I wasn't able to do the stairs. We had a continental breakfast that we had to book and pay for there was also a cooked breakfast for extra money where as in their amenities info, the breakfast was free, I mentioned this to a member of staff The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the IT tech sent to us before our stay. I informed a member of staff about this and she was talking to her manager stating that the older customers couldn't grasp the IT Tech as they were not knowledge able with such things and were always afraid they had not booked their stay.
