El hotel está muy bien, limpio y el personal muy amable

Muy conveniente en todo, bien comunicado los camiones te dejan literal frente al hotel desde el aeropuerto, la habitación cómoda y limpia y el desayuno bien vale la pena para el paso.

My room and bathroom were very clean and so were the bedding and towels. For a hotel, this is all I care about. In case anyone thinks they can walk to to this hotel, YOU CAN'T!! On Google Maps, it seems close enough but it really isn't. It is a 41-minute walk and my Bolt driver said it is illegal to walk in the Heathrow area anyway. There is a Costa Coffee in the hotel and an in-house restaurant; the food I ordered that night (Indian) was only OK. The staff was friendly enough but not super helpful in providing transportation details which is fine because we can always find that information online.

I find caucasian staff members to have good customer service skils.

Good hot breakfast buffet. Big bar and restaurant area. Very convenient to Heathrow T5 using London transport bus. Comfortable rooms.
