Staff were lovely, the breakfast was exceptional and location perfect. The beds were comfortable. We had a family room so no window to the outside apart from a small window looking over the foyer and the climb to the second bed very steep. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the information provided was that it would not be repaired for several days and applied to the whole property. Staff seemed unconcerned when we complained and a partial refund (about 1/5 of room cost) was provided. Fortunately we had only booked 2 nights but other than hot water it was lovely.

The Mango House is a beautiful property, and it is in the perfect location for walking in Galle Fort. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The food is excelkent. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Mango House is a great place to stay within the Fort at Galle. Property is at a premium in this area so the room was smaller and more expensive than others on our holiday in Sri Lanka. That said, it was still nice and the breakfast was a treat. Great location for exploring as you can walk anywhere you need to with the Fort.

Beautiful place and very friendly and professional people. Nice welcome with cold towel and Mango-juice. The room was clean and with aircondition. I can recommend this place!
