Hotel was also flexible and accommodating enough to let us use the swimming pool and spa shower facilities (both awesome) after check out (we had a late flight), which was greatly appreciated. The service is amazing and the staff welcoming, food during breakfast was amazing. The club access was nise where they serve hot drinks and small portion sweet and food. The think i would recommend to upgrade the furniture old and the pillow was so soft and old so I could not sleep well. Also the shower and the room was tented which us nice for families but foe couple it is adventure which was not met. But if i love the place

I did not like that the pool access was closed through our stay. There way access through an adjoining hotel, but that just felt awkward form my wife.

I loved hotel location but they ruined my experience when I returned from work at 10pm to a dirty room with only a bed made. Used glasses from the night before had not been picked. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The towels from earlier were still hanging up and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was my day 2 there and I had to stay there for the next 10 days and it was aggravating. Had to call the reception and they sent a team to clean the room at 10pm when all I wanted to do was sleep but had to wait for them to finish cleaning. It ruined my otherwise okay experience. The biggest and only plus is that it’s connected to the mall and has great eating and shopping options and late night movies. If it was a stand alone hotel without a mall I would have hated it.

Saving grace connecting tunnel to the mall, breakfast good, suite room blackout curtains have a gap, bathrooms dated and old, took a while to figure out hot n cold settings, water clogged on day one! coffee machine terrible, weird construction so could barely get any rest

Good, ordered American breakfast and I didn’t get an American eat all. The lady who took my order clearly doesn’t know what it comes with ! I was chartered 3.2 for orange juice and 4.5 for cereal !! Both should have been included in the breakfast order and not should not be charged individually. Disappointed.

I usually stay in the hotel. This time i sense there is an issue with the room service i ordered twice and the food seems to be undercooked. I love staying in le meridien but the room service meeds to be better.
