Great property. Spacious room, lots of pillows, nice bathtub. Bar and restaurant with a view of the water. There's lots of construction going on in the immediate vicinity though (as of December 2023) and so it's a little tricky driving in and out of hotel. I didn't find much of interest in walking distance. There are other hotels, and a few restaurants and bars, but nothing that really stood out.

Nous avons donc bénéficié d'une chambre de catégorie supérieure; chambre magnifique ,calme et très confortable.Literie exceptionnelle.Nous avions également un petit balcon avec fauteuil très agréables.Hélas, il manque des prises éléctriques pour pouvoir brancher nos appareils. De plus, il y a une sèche-cheveux mis à disposition, mais aucun endroit confortable pour l'utiliser. La seule prise avec miroir se trouve au bureau, mais la prise est au sol et le fil est trop court. Salle de bain magnifique, mais il manque le kit: brosse à dent,par exemple.... la piscine est petite, à l'ombre et sans intérêt. Le lounge est très cher et peu de choix. Mention spéciale au personnel d'entretien.La chambre était incroyablement propre!!!!!!Bravo à eux.

Stayed for the F1 Grand Prix. It’s ok hotel for that but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. 4 star better rates the hotel. Considering the hotel is only 2 years old, it’s already looking tired in a few places.

The bed was comfortable enough for sleeping. I booked this hotel about three weeks before our arrival, reserving a suite to accommodate myself and my two daughters. Upon opening the sofa bed, I noticed it was covered with long hair and other debris. The rest of the room was average in my opinion. The shower was mediocre, spraying water in all the wrong directions. There were only two towels and two toothbrushes provided for three people, which was poorly thought out. The outdoor balcony was filthy, and the door seals were failing. This was not the experience I’d expect from a Hilton hotel. We had just returned from Thailand, where I paid much lower prices for ten times the quality during a week-long stay, compared to this one-night stay.

The front desk staff are bir intimidated. Not all guests are the same. They were not very welcoming. Just seemed too scared for some reason. They forgot to smile. For a property of this level a coffee machine would have been helpful. Instant coffee is old school. Nobody uses this anymore. I ended up buying coffee cause of this. Other guests were noisy. They knew they were untouchable and they were there for the weekend to party cause they can’t where they are coming from. Nobody did anything to stop them. The room was very nice and very large. The balcony is a great addition when the weather allows. I have to say that one of the ladies at the front desk was very kind to me when I told her about the noise problem when I checked out. She offered me coffee which was very kind. The lady at the coffee shop was extremely kind and welcoming to the contrary to most of the staff at the hotel. They should learn something from her.

The chair with cushion placed at the balcony got totally wet on the rainy day. Of course it was a rare incident in Bahrain as there are less than 10 rainy days in a year. But it did create a small disappointment. Other than that, breakfast choice was not that great. Everything else was good. The Chinese Restaurant located 10min away by foot is very good.
