Had a late arrival, the office was completely closed. Had someone that worked there not been staying there and saw us we would have been put out. He told us the office closed at 10.....Room was good size. Shower did not drain well. Bed was pretty stiff if thats what you like. Office was also closed when we went to check out and had to use the drop box. I find it strange a motel office is never open. What happens if you need something?

My wife and I booked a room last evening and was refused a room because of our service dog. The owner/manager, who refused to identify himself or his role within the hotel apparently didn’t believe I was handicap enough to have a service dog. When talking about my service dog, he said “I’m going to be honest, I don’t think she’s really a service dog.” After hearing that, I immediately offered documentation to prove she is a legal and registered service animal and he refused to look at the paperwork. He said “I don’t need to look at that.” There were no other hotels available in the area due to a holiday weekend and I was forced to sleep in the car. Do NOT rent or stay at this hotel as they believe they get to decide who is disabled and deserving of a service animal regardless of your service dog’s documentation. Completely infuriating, illegal, and unprofessional! He never saw the dog, she stayed in the car during check in and he claimed I should have called ahead to specifically report having a service animal and could not honor his reservation.

A delightful surprise! We usually stay at big hotels but decided to stay one night at this small boutique hotel. It was immaculate! The owners Sean and Sam are brothers who recently bought this property and are upgrading it - including the changing the name to the Crest ( its old name is the Royal Crest.) Cute, smart and hip decor with parking and they were extremely helpful with suggestions to go and eat. The beds were comfortable and very expensive linen for sheets. You can tell they know they are treating this property as a little gem and the price was extremely reasonable for the resort area. You’ll be happy you found this jewel!

We arrived at 8PM to discover there was no one to check us in. We called multiple times and no return phone call. On the website it states check in until 10PM. We had picked up dinner on the way to check in after a long day of traveling and with all of this and having to find a new place to stay, our dinner was cold.

We stayed at the Crest on August 30th for one night, but paid for two, side note we are pretty frequent travelers for various reasons and this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The second we walked in the smell was awful and there were fruit flies and cobwebs everywhere. Also, the bathroom was very small making it hard for me to stand in because I’m tall. The blanket was stained and the towels were small and dingy. Lastly, there was a drunk lady who was banging on our door at 2am, the person above us stomped around their room all night making it impossible for us to get any sleep, and when we tried to call the management no one answered and when we told them they didn’t do anything about it. After everything that happened we decided not to stay there the second night, we couldn’t even get a refund for night two because it was non refundable so we had to pay for a different hotel to sleep at the next day. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.
