Well run hotel with v. Good staff. Breakfast was OK. My room on 10 was very nice and the new dining/bar space on 11 is a terrific place to enjoy the view and light fare. Parking is difficult. I would stay here again.

Das Park Inn zeigt sich aktuell in einer Umbruchphase. Es wird teilweise renoviert und damit verbunden treten Mängel auf die hoffentlich zukünftig nicht mehr sichtbar sind. Was zu Beginn negativ auffiel war, dass bei meiner Ankunft nach 16 Uhr das Zimmer nicht bezugsbereit war.

Assigned room was tiny. Toilet was running the whole week I was there, even though I reported it. Covid protocols were lacking at breakfast. Breakfast was basic and food cold. Staff very friendly and ideally located.

Please do not stay here unless you want your items to be stolen. My friend staying in another room, had an evelope of money stolen from the safe which is pin locked by her own code. We reported this incident to the hotel management and they said they will investigate but no actions taken. They said will respond but until the day we checked out, no one said a thing, no management came to speak to us nor update. 3 days on and they could not even share details of the housekeeper that access the room and datalog of the safe. Obviously buying time. There is another review left under my name that states 8/10. That is not from me. I do not know how that could even happen when i had not submitted any review. Security in this hotel is a concern here. Given the big brand name Radisson, this is really unacceptable.

Hotel staffing are awesome! Dining, bell/door and front desk. Wilber, Siyanda, Bronywn, Zininzi, Michael, Lucien, Carmen, Fairoez are all excellent! Hotel is very close to Convention Center and not far from Waterfront shopping area.

Boa localização, bom café da manhã. As pessoas do hotel são simpáticas e prestativas. O único problema que eu acho é que algumas redes como o Radisson querem cobrar para vc fazer o checkin um pouco mais cedo. O quarto está disponível pois se vc pagar vc faz o checkin, mas não liberam. É a política da empresa mas acho desnecessária. Entretanto nos disponibilizaram um espaço para deixarmos nossas malas até o horário do checkin( Não queríamos andar com o carro com as malas)

Boa localização, bom café da manhã. As pessoas do hotel são simpáticas e prestativas. O único problema que eu acho é que algumas redes como o Radisson querem cobrar para vc fazer o checkin um pouco mais cedo. O quarto está disponível pois se vc pagar vc faz o checkin, mas não liberam. É a política da empresa mas acho desnecessária. Entretanto nos disponibilizaram um espaço para deixarmos nossas malas até o horário do checkin( Não queríamos andar com o carro com as malas)

Hotel staffing are awesome! Dining, bell/door and front desk. Wilber, Siyanda, Bronywn, Zininzi, Michael, Lucien, Carmen, Fairoez are all excellent! Hotel is very close to Convention Center and not far from Waterfront shopping area.

Road noise was high. Early in the morning, many mopeds were heard starting engines as though they were ppl going off their work shift. Much too noisy in front.

Great place to stay. Safe and comfortable within a short distance to main attractions and areas of interest. The waterfront is about a 20 minute easy walk or a 10 minute car ride, for example. While there is not a lot in the immediate area, there are a few restaurants, especially for breakfast and a few convenience stores nearby for basic needs. I usually stay here when I’m Cape Town

Very clean hotel. 2 restaurants on site. The rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was great. 15 minute walk to the waterfront which has many many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Quartos ok, funcionários atenciosos , mas um hotel 4 estrela que deixa acabar toalhas duarante o dia, oferecendo ao hóspede para tomar banho com toalha de rosto , além de não oferecer água mineral no café da manhã, somente uma água com pepino e limão

Hotel simples com rooftop muito lindo. Café da manhã lamentável, não estão preparados por isso. Falaram copos, ovos, leite, etc… cada dia faltava algo. Tivemos autenticar quarto porque não funcionava o ar condicionado.

Perfektes Hotel für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kapstadt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, klasse Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Tafelberg, ebenso aus dem schönem Zimmer mit riesiger Fensterfront und gemütlicher Sitzbank. Zuverlässiger und kostenloser Shuttleservice zur V&A. Leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank

Assigned room was tiny. Toilet was running the whole week I was there, even though I reported it. Covid protocols were lacking at breakfast. Breakfast was basic and food cold. Staff very friendly and ideally located.

Excellent Stay at the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore. Room was nice and spacious! Breakfast was delicious and the restaurants for dinner were great. It was great to be 5 minutes from V&A Waterfront as we utilized the shuttle to get to and from tours. Great view of Table Mountain at the rooftop. Overall, great stay and the staff were all amazing! Would definitely recommend staying at the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore when visiting Cape Town South Africa!

We were here for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We did have an issue every day with the A/C not turning on and having an error code. We had maintenance to come almost every day. Besides that, our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast every day with fresh juices and made to order eggs. One night we ordered dinner , which was Italian and the food was pretty good and cooked to order.Also there’s happy hour buy one get one free every night 4p-6p. We took advantage of that one night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had such a nice stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
