The location was great and the facilities were always clean and in order. I think the showers sometimes are inconsistent on temperature and how long they run but they work fine otherwise. The bar has cheap drinks and an easy place to socialize as well.

Well, the capsules are not full of fresh air, fans should be monitored. The bed did not feel comfortable. Shower was not clean enough, curtains are transparent. Kitchen equipment is not clean enough. Rules on bringing your own drinks and limits on kitchen using hours not really good. Close to supermarket, the free coffee available during your stay is a plus! Line management not very professional for check in. Did not like the customer respect and communication style of some of the youngsters. Pricing would be altered for the nights of the week.

There is surge pricing so each day is different. They make you pay a 10€ deposit for the key and bed sheets, if you pay it on card they will return in it cash (without possibility to return it by card?). The showers you have to push and hold, it will immediately stop if you aren’t holding it. Additionally, the mattresses feel like sleeping on the metal bed frame. You will toss and turn all night and each time the frame will creak. Also they do not wash the blankets. You get what you pay for with this one.

Não gostei. Os banheiros estavam sujos e cheiravam mal, precisava ficar segurando um botão para tomar banho, impossível lavar o cabelo desse jeito, as camas eram extremamente barulhentas, todos no quarto se incomodavam. Gostei apenas da localização.

They did not offer us towels until after we had used our own wash clothes to bathe. Then we had to ask for towels. Didn’t know they would provide them. Should have been offered at check in. Their luggage storage area is out in the open and only available for a couple of hours. Noisy busy road with lots of construction. Sheets were clean.,beds were comfortable. Mold in shower curtains. Really load music in lobby at times. Some very loud walking in the halls during night but only temporary. Strict cancelation policy, no flexibility even about 4 weeks ahead.

Great hostel with anything you need. 24-hour reception, basic breakfast for 10 EUR, bathrooms could be cleaner and smell bad. Be careful not to get charged twice. Initially, they said only one bed was booked and later blamed it on Expedia.

Good hostel. I booked a pod and found it well organized and quite comfortable. The facilities were clean, and it was clear the staff clean regularly. Overall, a hassle-free stay.

Kim bilir kaç kişi aynı yorganı kullanıyor... Genel anlamda fiyat-performans açısından iyi diyebilirim ama bazı günler fiyatlar inanılmaz pahalı olabiliyor. Son dakika boşluk olunca fiyatları minimuma çekiyorlar; ben de bu şekilde uygun fiyata yer buldum. Check-in yaptıktan sonra havlunuzu hemen isteyin. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Checked in and was given absolutely no information on lockers, towels, safe etc. I had booked a capsule. It was horrendous. Like sleeping in a coffin. Everytime I turned over or even moved in the slightest, the noise from the creaking of the wood was loud enough to wake you, they are horrendous. Impossible to sleep. Even worse when a load of drunk lads get in at 4.30am and spend literally the next two hours shouting, talking, marching up and down, banging doors. It was relentless. The place says there's a 24/7 reception but the capsule block is a building away so staff will do nothing to address this if it happens. I'd travelled for over 10 hours before checking into this place just after midnight in need of rest and it was the worst night I've ever had, the thought of another night there was depressing so I checked out and booked a proper hotel for the remaining two nights, cut my losses and worth every penny. I've already been told they won't refund me for the nights I had already paid for and whilst its a small price to pay never having to return, its a disgrace considering how appalling it is. The showers were awful, one was full of hair. I cannot express this enough - stay away, you are worth so much more than one second in this place

Honestly I didn't like in general. Stuff is not as polite as I expected. Maybe I expected a lot. I rented a capsule, capsule didn't have any cooling system apart from some holes on the capsule doore and ventilation hole on the corner .

Stayed here in Berlin and I have to admit, I’ve never stayed in a low cost hostel before so yes I was slightly apprehensive about what waited for us 😂 I needn’t have worried. check in was first class, young man (hearts fc supporter) was brilliant, rooms were excellent. For what we paid it was tremendous. Zero complaints at all. Will defo stay again.

Even worse when a load of drunk lads get in at 4.30am and spend literally the next two hours shouting, talking, marching up and down, banging doors. It was relentless. The place says there's a 24/7 reception but the capsule block is a building away so staff will do nothing to address this if it happens. I'd travelled for over 10 hours before checking into this place just after midnight in need of rest and it was the worst night I've ever had, the thought of another night there was depressing so I checked out and booked a proper hotel for the remaining two nights, cut my losses and worth every penny. I've already been told they won't refund me for the nights I had already paid for and whilst its a small price to pay never having to return, its a disgrace considering how appalling it is. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Checked in and was given absolutely no information on lockers, towels, safe etc. I had booked a capsule. It was horrendous. Like sleeping in a coffin. Everytime I turned over or even moved in the slightest, the noise from the creaking of the wood was loud enough to wake you, they are horrendous. Impossible to sleep. Even worse when a load of drunk lads get in at 4.30am and spend literally the next two hours shouting, talking, marching up and down, banging doors. It was relentless. The place says there's a 24/7 reception but the capsule block is a building away so staff will do nothing to address this if it happens. I'd travelled for over 10 hours before checking into this place just after midnight in need of rest and it was the worst night I've ever had, the thought of another night there was depressing so I checked out and booked a proper hotel for the remaining two nights, cut my losses and worth every penny. Everything was great. The cubicle that I had was really good and nice. The staff were super friendly and very pleasant to interact with, as well as very respectful. I recommend this place to anyone :)

The location was great and the staff are super helpful! The vibe of this place is really great for young ppl wanting to travel and meet people and hang out in the bar/lobby. 4/5 stars cuz the bathrooms weren't always super clean or would be occupied. Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette auberge de jeunesse, très bien située dans Berlin, que ce soit en métro, en tramway ou même à pied. Des bars et des restaurants se trouvent à proximité, permettant de varier les dîners selon les goûts et les envies. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

They did not offer us towels until after we had used our own wash clothes to bathe. Then we had to ask for towels. Didn’t know they would provide them. Should have been offered at check in. Their luggage storage area is out in the open and only available for a couple of hours. Noisy busy road with lots of construction. Sheets were clean.,beds were comfortable. Mold in shower curtains. Really load music in lobby at times. Some very loud walking in the halls during night but only temporary. Strict cancelation policy, no flexibility even about 4 weeks ahead.

Mais je vous propose de marcher dans Berlin pour y découvrir des endroits insolites, charmants. Et de se régaler.

The location was great and the facilities were always clean and in order. I think the showers sometimes are inconsistent on temperature and how long they run but they work fine otherwise. The bar has cheap drinks and an easy place to socialize as well.

Well, the capsules are not full of fresh air, fans should be monitored. The bed did not feel comfortable. Shower was not clean enough, curtains are transparent. Kitchen equipment is not clean enough. Rules on bringing your own drinks and limits on kitchen using hours not really good. Close to supermarket, the free coffee available during your stay is a plus! Line management not very professional for check in. Did not like the customer respect and communication style of some of the youngsters. Pricing would be altered for the nights of the week.

Great hostel! Although breakfast price was way too high so bought breakfast elsewhere, and it looked like it was understaffed with the staff being overworked. One guy said he had only gotten 3 hours of sleep the night before. Great location, great prices, and clean! Will definitely come here again soon!

Ben tek kişilik bir kapsülde konakladım ve beklediğimden çook daha konforlu bir deneyim oldu. Öncelikle çok merkezi bir lokasyonda olması etrafı keşfetmem ve gün içerisinde gezebilmem için oldukça elverişliydi. Kapsüller gayet rahattı, fanı, ışıklandırması vs her şey tuşlarla ayarlanabiliyordu. İçinde prizi, aynası da var. Yalnız kapsül dışındaki kilitli dolaplar bence valizli gelen biri için çok da yeterli değil. Çünkü valizi açıp içinden bir şeyler alıp bırakayım derken hem ortalıkta yapmak zorundayız bunu hem de sesten diğerleri rahatsız olabilir. Belki bunun için bir çözüm bulunabilir daha ilerisi için. Onun dışında çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her şey için teşekkürler!

There are 3, maybe 4, simple things needed/nice when staying in a hostel bed: usb sockets, personal light, shelf and a curtain. This hostel had none of these - which meant staying on a top bunk really sucked as there was nowhere to put my phone (or any stuff) or be able to charge it. There were only two showers and three toilets for about 30 people (at a guess), although strangely this never became a problem. The showers were quite badly maintained: on one occasion there was no hot water and on every occasion the plug was blocked and the tray quickly filled up; this is such a simple 2 minute fix it confounds me why some hostels don't get it sorted (I did report it at the desk). It was a bit annoying having to pay a deposit of 10 euros for the keycard - I stay at a lot of hostels and having to leave a deposit is Very uncommon. Also the bar only accepted £10 minimum for card payments but I think this might have been a more German thing because people were always pestering me for cash in Germany. Also the breakfast is lackluster and definitely not worth the 10 euros - the salami was horrible and there was no Real milk offered for tea, just vegan stuff, whatever it was it was horrible. On the good side, the staff were all extremely nice and helpful, couldn't fault them. The lift was fast, which is unusual in a budget place like this. The area was quiet, felt safe and was quite central. The beers were good value - like 3.50. There was a nice outside patio area with tables.
