The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and check in was easy. However, the parking in front of our room in the back of the motel was too tight to use and not very well lit. I asked for a different room in the front where there was more parking available which worked great. It was much more noisy in the front but more accessible.

We were just travelling through for one night. I needed a pet friendly hotel. Motel 6 fit the bill. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it was across the street from a good restaurant and right beside a gas station. Score!

We stayed one night in this great pet friendly Motel and were very happy with the service, the size and cleanliness of the room and the convenient location which was close to anything we needed. We will definily stay here again the next time we are in Lethbridge!

This motel is super clean and very good value for your dollar. They have amenities that you would find in a 5 stsr hotel. And they don't charge a pet fee, which is my pet peeve lol.

not very much parking in front of motel rooms and they were crowded with big trucks that parked over the lines so couldn't park between them. Could not see the numbers on the doors at night as the doors where dark coloured and the numbers were black

It was fairly quiet. What I didn't like is the very limited parking, for this reason I probably will not choose this place in the future, also they dropped a big surprise on me when I told them we had 2 cats they wanted a $250.00 damage deposit, we got our money back but I felt we were at the discretion of the staff as to whether we would get our money back.

The highlight was the check-in staff - he was very welcoming and friendly. This hotel would get a higher rating, but they offer smoking rooms, and you can smell that, even in the non-smoking room we booked. The lingering smell gives the impression that the hotel isn't as clean as it could be. We were also expecting quite a bit more for breakfast based on previous reviews. We were offered toast, unripe bananas, soft apples, and two kinds of breakfast cereal. The juice machine was broken, and there was no tea available.

I've stayed at lots of affordable motels and this is one of the best ones I've found. Its nothing high-end but my room is always clean and updated tastefully.

Probably the cleanest, nicest room I've ever had in the price range I paid for it. The room wouldn't have been big enough for a big family or anything but for just me it was excellent.

Over all an excellent experience!! The woman who registered us was delightful….very friendly and helpful!The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the was bed comfy. We would definitely stay there again!!

The bathroom is very small. The space where the toilet and tub are located, would not fit a larger size person without some major maneuvering (such as having to step into the tub to close the door). The tub faucet was dripping water the entire time. I tied a cloth to the faucet the first night to help soften the noise so we could sleep. The mattress is not comfortable at all and should be upgraded to a more firmer mattress. The room has very poor circulation as it gets very hot even with the window open. Plus, there is a very musty smell as soon as you open the main door. It does dissipate after a while, but the odor is very noticeable every time you walk in. There are some positives. There are quite a few amenities within walking distance. The fridge worked and kept hings cold. The walls (between the rooms) must be well insulated, because we didn't hear any of the other guests. The front staff were very kind. If someone is passing through and needs a quick place to stay for a night and/or is traveling with a pet, then Motel 6 will probably suit your needs. Anything longer than maybe two nights, I would recommend another place to stay. I highly suggest ear plugs as Mayor Magrath is extremely noisy with the motel being so close to the road.

The wifi was very poor, kept connecting and disconnecting. I talked to the desk clerk and she didn't seem to care. She also said she had no idea where the router was or how to reset it. The clerk was very unpleasant while checking in and when I asked about the wifi issue.

Our room was so hot, we tried to adjust the thermostat but it was not working and we tried to put the air on and that was not working. It was after 11 pm and the staff was not on so we opted not to make an issue of it as we had already settled in for the night. But will definitely not recommend it to a friend and will not stay there again.

Would recommend you not stay here. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel by any means but I was just looking for a clean place and nice bed for a weekend trip in Lethbridge. The reviews said this place was that. Upon arrival the suite had a strong musty smell, nothing looked throughly clean and the bed sheets had some stains. The bed itself had a massive dip down the middle and I woke up every single night with back pain. When I complained about the bed they told me that they had no other rooms available so I had to just suck it up. Staff was decent but overall I regret not spending a little bit more money for a more comfortable stay

Nothing to complain about the room not the staff more so that it is EXTREMELY noisy. If anything is going on in another room next to you, you can hear it all. We have a toddler and had to blast fans so he could sleep.we had an extremely noisy boys soccer team next to us along with 6 children just running up and down the balcony till 8 pm. Otherwise wasn’t too bad

The staff were cold and lacked warmth or enthusiasm for their work. Life is hard for lots of people. The cleaning staff were very helpful and wanted to clean the room more often than I needed. The front desk staff are another thing unfortunately.

Very good location close to all amenities. The back lane rooms are very quiet and though appear sketchy the area is well lit and safe. We had a couple of issues with the room which were quickly resolved by desk clerk Ahmad. Excellent service by all staff. Liked the clean laminate flooring. Way better than carpet. Will certainly return.

Considering they GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY to someone else it was a crappy stay, and refuses to refund us. Will never stay here again, and make sure that everyone we know will NEVER STAY HERE. horrible hotel. Absolutely horrible.

It has a cold breakfast in the morning. But i would avoid this motel!! The bed was horrible it was old and had a dip on the one side. The check in lady was so rude and ignorant. Check out lady was amazing tho. Very shady part of Lethbridge so i should of known. My sisters car got broke into and they tried to steal it

Staff at reception very willing to accommodate you! They even sent me a coffee machine to the room (the Motel didn't have it in the room). Rooms are tiny and bare, but clean and functional. Moreover, they serve an OK breakfast, even though it was not in the Expedia website.

The highlight was the check-in staff - he was very welcoming and friendly. This hotel would get a higher rating, but they offer smoking rooms, and you can smell that, even in the non-smoking room we booked. The lingering smell gives the impression that the hotel isn't as clean as it could be. We were also expecting quite a bit more for breakfast based on previous reviews. We were offered toast, unripe bananas, soft apples, and two kinds of breakfast cereal. The juice machine was broken, and there was no tea available.

For the price I really liked this motel. Really nice location and we found the staff incredible. They had a nice light breakfast which included toast and cereal. I would likely stay here again.

Clean well equipped unit. Liked the addition of the bidet. Had some traffic noise during the day which is expected next to a main road. Evening was quiet. Great staff, very helpful and convenient to have a continental breakfast with fresh coffee.

Room was very basic, bathroom extremely small. TV never worked the entire time we were there and security device missing from door. Also extremely thin walls, could hear all of the neighbors. Completely breakfast was literally toast and cereal, nothing else other than coffee and juices.

4/10: Found 2 dead cockroaches in the fridges. Alberta Health could shut this place down. The microwave plate was cracked right through, unusable & unsafe. I reported The air conditioning was weak and noisy. Scents of moth balls overwhelming in the room. I reported this to the front desk clerk. He moved me to a bigger, cleaner room. The air conditioning was still an issue. Not a lot of options for breakfast and food disappears quickly. No complimentary coffee served all day, just until breakfast ends at 10am. I would not stay here again.

The motel and room was great, very clean and staff very friendly. However it was advertised as cable tv and it had only 1 news channel. A bit frustrating, we tried to fix ourselves but to no avail. No other channels. Went to front desk to let them know about the tv, they said they would come to fix it and yes they acknowledged that there was cable, but they never showed up to fix the problem. That part was disappointing. Overall experience was great with that exception of the tv and the service to fix that particular issue. Would certainly stay at the Motel again. Great location as well, on the main road and easy to find.

The motel was fine but I booked it on hotels which said that it could sleep 5 but when I got to the motel it only had 2 queen beds no hide a bed or couch or cot. We had to book a second room for our stay forthwith one night. I only booked this room because it said it could sleep 5.
