Lounge closed at 10 PM on a Saturday!! Some guests made a lot of noice at 2AM. Not good value for the price paid, wanted to see manager but was told this is not possible until Monday.

I stay here numerous times, this is an older hotel but is very clean, quiet, comfy beds and pillows. And the service has always been excellent. Lots of parking. Always have a great sleep

Stayed one night during the week, and our stay was great. We ate dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, called Beseda Kitchen & Cafe and it was delicious! The breaskfast in the morning was pretty good too. Had coffee, juices, bagels/cream cheese, toast, yogurt, etc Staff were also great too! Would stay here again

The price was great however the hotel rooms are somewhat dated and though they advertise a breakfast, a 1/2 Costco muffin, yogurt, toast and coffee isn’t breakfast. The sheets are definitely worn and should be discarded. One bed had badly stained sheets that were very visible when the bed lamp was on. The shower silicone is moldy however the water was nice and hot. Mattress should be replaced soon but the room was very quiet. Parking is good and it is conveniently located just off the highway. Not sure I’d choose this location again.

The room wasn't cleaned properly - french fires on the floor by the window, lots of dust by the tv, the shower curtain smelled and the bathroom sink tap was so plugged that water hardly was able to flow out, and the bedside lamp wall sconce was so bent that it was unsafe to use. Mentioned these things to the staff at the front desk and they didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel.

Carpet was filthy and stained.Vents in room were full of dirt. Mold growing where something had leaked from fridge. Toilet seat was unstable. 3 attempts at trying to get the card to work for the room door (including the staff key the desk person gave us were unsuccessful, so we requested another room. Beds were clean and it was late, this is the only reason we stayed. My parents room had no fire detector. So sad to see this property unkept, as it used to be clean. No staff was seen other than the front desk person. Lobby and stairs to second level looked like they hadn’t been cleaned /vacuumed in a cookie years. Won’t be coming back.

Stayed one quick night. No major concern or complaints. Everyone was friendly. We had a room with one bed, couch and kitchenette. We didn’t use the kitchen however we noticed there were to utensils or cook wear if you chose too. Maybe you ask? Wasn’t a big deal for us. Our only complaint was it was listed as a Queen bed but it was not a Queen. Bed was a double. Not a huge deal just disappointed for the small bed. Would stay here again but would ask for a bigger bed upon arrival next time.

Old section of the property lacks air conditioning. Young man at the desk explained it to us and moved us, but the air in the new room was broken. I asked to speak to the manager who pretended to be surprised that they didn\'t have air but the poor kid at the desk didn\'t understand the game the manager was playing and said something to the effect of, "you know the hallway with the rooms with no air." The manager refused a refund (it states air, you didn\'t have air, that\'s false advertising). We ended up in a 3rd room and spent a rough night. I think Wyndham has destroyed their name by attaching it to subpar, rundown hotels with poor managers.

Staff was on the phone and barely looked at me, didn’t talk to me the whole check in, didn’t tell me about wifi, breakfast, etc, just handed me my card and said the room number. Room was falling apart: faucet handle spun all the way around, I had to stand on a chair to hook the end of the curtain up, dents in the bathroom wall, gross stains on carpet. I don’t mind any of those things if it’s what I was expecting… but scores on Expedia gave it an 8+, it was a 4-5. If I wanted a 5, I would have paid half the price and gone to a motel.

Easy to find staff very accommodating we were attending a wedding at 3:00 PM the normal check in time but they made it possible for us to check in at 1:00 PM that made it easier for us to change and get ready for the wedding.

If you’re ok with grimy basic rooms this is your place. We however were double charged on our card through the hotel and were not offered solutions. Spending hours on the phone and being out money to get home during the holidays was a real treat. Dispute has been filed through the bank. Don’t waste your time to save a few bucks turns out it wasn’t worth it.

The front end older man was rude, disrespectful, tried to get me to pay fees for my service dog then demanded all his certification AND training papers, wouldn't give us towels when asked as there was 3 postage size towels in the room, or toilet paper-had to ask for it, and over 4 nights constantly refused, with excuses, to have our room cleaned. Finally on the last night my husband demanded it be cleaned. The older man was just brutal with excuses and out right ignored our asks. I didn't think asking for basics like towels and TP was overeaching but he thought it was. And nevermind the OLD state of the rooms and building. Stains on floors, carpeting, walls and furniture was shaby. The furntiure was all damaged and scuffed/battered-again really USED. No A/C as it states it does, and you can't even open a window (solid) so zero fresh air. We had phoned prior and booked months in advance and this garbage of showing my service dogs papers was ridiculous. He wanted everything. Like the vest wasn't good enough or me hobbling-not like you can buy vests at Wal-Mart. I would never ever recommend the Super 8 in Innisfail to anyone ever!!! If i could get my money back i bloody well would. Never doing a non-refundable ever again. And Expedia should remove them from the site as all the property detail info is bull crap. I want my money back!!! Hell stay!!!

The area around the property is rundown as is the outside of the building. However we were all very comfortable in our rooms. The Continental breakfast left us with no choices so we went off property.

My husband (now) and I went to this hotel for our wedding night and we went to the bar and she wasn’t a nice bartender, arrived at the hotel and was confused where to park and it’s right by the highway so we heard so much highway traffic all the time.

The price was great however the hotel rooms are somewhat dated and though they advertise a breakfast, a 1/2 Costco muffin, yogurt, toast and coffee isn’t breakfast. The sheets are definitely worn and should be discarded. One bed had badly stained sheets that were very visible when the bed lamp was on. The shower silicone is moldy however the water was nice and hot. Mattress should be replaced soon but the room was very quiet. Parking is good and it is conveniently located just off the highway. Not sure I’d choose this location again.

Stayed one night during the week, and our stay was great. We ate dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, called Beseda Kitchen & Cafe and it was delicious! The breaskfast in the morning was pretty good too. Had coffee, juices, bagels/cream cheese, toast, yogurt, etc Staff were also great too! Would stay here again

Could use upgrading & breakfast was all carbs. No fruit or protein. Just an average place. It was clean, but bath tub had a bad repair on part of the surface. Staff were pleasant. With some small upgrades it could be a nice place to stay.

All good but heat in room is poorly regulated. Maids turn temp down daily and last night couldn't get any heat so room was quite cool.

Our room was comfortable and clean however, there was no in Suite air-conditioning. That did not seem to affect the overall comfort of the room, so I believe there is central AC. The breakfast was minimal, all carbs, Cereals, bagels, toast. Sweetened yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. There was no protein of any consequence. The Internet was spotty. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Very old and not looked after. A/C couldn’t keep our room below 25 degrees overnight and no options to try and improve it. Breakfast is very limited along with all toiletries are limited, old and very subpar. Only gave 1 star as they allowed a late check out.
